Ive eaten here several time via the drive thru and its been good, typical Panda Express experience. I went inside for the first time today to eat and it was such a great experience. The employees greeted everyone with such kindness especially Tiffany (give her a raise). The dining area was clean and well kept. The food was great. Such a rarity to see a “fast food” restaurant like this. Awesome job

Literally just left this location. I was compelled to leave this review asap before leaving the parking lot. The reason is the employee Tiffany. What an absolute breath of fresh air in the fast food industry. This women needs to be managing this location! Amazing customer service and friendliness! Also ask her about the lemonades, her explanation on the flavors is absolutely perfect!

I visited Panda today and the store was clean, I was greeted quickly, and the food tasted good, but the main problem was that there was basically NO chicken in my orange chicken! I paid $11 for an order of veggie spring rolls and an orange chicken bowl. I have eaten four pieces of chicken so far and thinking this chicken tastes pretty good except it seems pretty unsubstantial. Finally I tear open one of the pieces of chicken and oh my gosh – one of them had a piece of chicken about the size of a grain of rice! (I’m not exaggerating) The next piece I tore open was a little better, but not much. The third, still no. The fourth – see photo! Supposedly this dish has 26 grams of protein and my question is WHERE?? For some reason, I was unimpressed the last time I ate at a Panda Express and I think I will put them on a permanent ban list now. Smh –

By far my favorite Oriental cuisine. I have the sweet and sour chicken and the bourbon chicken. What chicken fried rice. Oh and a Coke, you would like yourself more if you try this place out.

Crap. Rice was stinky as if it was kept overnight, super greens were nothing but huge hunks of cabbage and some kale stems. This was at lunch time so there’s no reason stuff shouldn’t have been fresh and varied. Orange chicken was fresh but that was about it. Was not asked if I wanted any kind of sauce or anything at the drive-thru window.

came on a monday night & they locked the doors on us. refused to answer us on drive-thru & when we pulled up to the window, the woman visibly walked away from us. mind you, we came an hour before closing. there were multiple cars outside. and there were people inside. this location is going downhill. i do NOT recommend eating here at all. it’s obvious they’re turning down paying customers. this location is so unprofessional.

Ordered 2 meals from this location. Went through the drive thru and was greeted by the lady taking my order. She was patient as we decided on our meals and she made sure the order was correct before giving me the total. The food was good and fresh. I look forward to visiting again.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 plates. Got home and realized one of the plates was missing one complete entree and the other entree was 4 small pieces of shrimp – took the plate back to the store and told them the issue – they took my original box – put chicken in it and handed it back. It’s been a bit since I’ve had to take a food handlers class but isn’t that still a violation to take food that has left back into the kitchen???

Nice place to grab a quick bite. The food is always decent. I was very disappointed in my costumer service experience. I won’t be returning to this location, but will frequent another location that I know has consistently good customer service

Funny how the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. But what’s even funnier is the gI usually go to the other Panda on NW 23, I was hoping that this one was better.
I mean, prices are not cheap, for a couple more bucks. I can go to an Asian buffet and enjoy 20 times more food.
I think, I should stay away from these places anyway and support other mom and pop restaurants, they need my business way more.
