I wasn’t going to leave a review, but this is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. My sandwich was made horribly, I’m not even sure what this is leaking all in the bag and all over my table. I order this sandwich everytime and have never had this happen? And the time I ordered delivery before this, it was like the driver threw my stuff out of his car. He left it at the end of my drive way and my drink was knocked over. Called the location and they offered me rewards but they didn’t follow up with that.

These guys can’t make a simple sandwich! I have been 2 times in person. Asked for a BLT without tomatoes, extra bacon and toasted. 1st time: got a cold sandwich, with no extra bacon and had tomatoes. 2nd time: no extra bacon (paid for it) and cheese ♀️. Today (9/24)is the 3rd time (thinking 3rd time is a charm) Nope! Same order as the first two times: BLT, no tomatoes, extra bacon, toasted. Got the extra bacon but had tomatoes and no lettuce. Can these people not read!!! Not going back. On top of it, frozen cookie.

You have got to be kidding me. My husband ordered us dinner. I didn’t think I needed to check if the bread was edible… but take a look at the video. That’s how stale and hard this is. Can’t eat it. Certainly not going to reorder something. A refund would be nice.

Only one worker, really Jimmy John’s? That poor boy was covering 12 sandwiches at once, he got them done fast despite being by himself, and the sandwich was delicious so 5/5 overall

You guys need to all quit! Running a Jimmy Johns is very easy. I did it for years!! You don’t follow directions to make sandwhiches properly, your driver is extremely rude and too lazy to get out of the car his mommy bought him, and this is now the 2nd time youve manage to provide a disgusting sandwhich with abismal customer service. There is so much oil on my sandwhich ita leaking out of the wrappping into the bag. No mayo means NO MAYO- do you not understand simple english. No mayo doesnt mean to add 3-4 servings of it!!! Congrats guys! I will never eat at another Jimmy Johns as long as I live. I hope you all are fired.

Gabe helped me today, I just left. I got a spicy Italian and it was the best I’ve had in a long time.. I was in and out in a few minutes. I also dig the atmosphere and art particularly the neon sign above the door. 5/5 will be back

I need to address this issue now after 10 years and todays tragic order from your shop. I just want a salami sandwich Jimmy’s . You offer that nowhere on your menu “technically” ….for some reason. No capocollo , no ham…just salami and cheese and the fixings I choose is simply all I want from your shop. So why on earth am I paying $12 full price for a spicy east coast Italian sandwich with only half the meat?? Every time I say “just replace the no cap with xtra salami then they always up charge me for extra meat without even budging on the issue. How are you going to be charging your customers full price for half the sandwich or make them pay more just to get the sandwich properly made correctly??You’re clearly the only sandwich shop on earth with these incompetent practices towards the art of sandwich making. I’m not eating there ever again and I’m gonna have to go into full blast mode all over your social and yelps and Googles until you make this right. Im not asking you for free stuff…. I’m not asking you for a thing at all except to simply do what’s right here for the first time in your companies long history. That’s just a joke I’m eating literally 4 bites of a sandwich that costs $12. Also I waited exactly 25 min for an online order (they didn’t see the ticket for the order in front of their faces until I came inside finally….I was thinking they just forgot to update the app tracker to my phone and account that always tells me when the sandwich is done. Common mistake, that happens, no biggie at all. As you can see from the picture here that I posted with this ginormous sandwich and it must seem like it took at least an hour to make but it actually only took half that time clocking in at almost 30 min. Now that’s amazing…especially with only 4 other employees working to help with it and by help with it I mean they watched the one new guy on his first day do it himself. Can someone reading this now go check and if see if thats a world record??? Im genuinely curious. It’s a masterpiece of a sandy I’ll tell ya. You be the judge. 2 stars simply because the 4 bites I graciously received for a mere $12 did taste pretty good.

I usually will order a sandwich online with their app. There’s almost never a wait when I go to pick it up, though there have been a couple of times recently where a wait was necessary. But, it’s not really the staff’s fault when they get that busy. They’re all pretty friendly there, too. No complaints, really.

I can’t begin to tell you how insanely fast their delivery is. Granted, I’m less than a mile from them. But, seriously, they’re fast enough that I question whether they made a deal with the devil or not. Plus, the sammiches are good, and the staff is always polite.
