The atmosphere is incredibly chic and the service is fantastic. Everything I tried was truly delicious! My only concern is that I have a dairy allergy, and the menu wasn’t very accommodating—there were only two dishes I could safely order. Other than that, the overall experience was wonderful.

Food was absolutely amazing! The blistered shishitos were my favorite but everything we got was 10/10! Atmosphere was so nice and relaxing. The best part of it all was the service. Our amazing waitress, Kiara, was so sweet and fun! She treated us like friends and not just guests. She even remembered all our names, and there were 8 of us! Definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!

Our new favorite place. The atmosphere sells you from the start but we will be back over and over again because of the service and food! Jesse was amazing. So knowledgeable and so kind. We loved having him as our server! Well done everyone!

This was our second time dining at Olivine in Auburn, and it was our friends’ first time. We recommended it to celebrate her birthday, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, and the ambiance was great, everything felt thoughtful and well done. Our friend really enjoyed her first visit.
The only small note I’d mention is that when I asked our server if they had desserts since it was my friend’s birthday, the initial response was that they do not give free desserts for birthdays. To clarify, I wasn’t asking for anything free. I was simply wondering if they did anything special, like adding a candle or a small “happy birthday” note, which many places around town do. After that, she did provide the dessert menu, and we chose from it.
While that interaction felt a bit unnecessary, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. One person doesn’t represent the entire restaurant. I would still happily give Olivine five stars and would absolutely recommend it.

Second time there and each visit has been flawless. The views are stunning, the drinks are creatively crafted, and the food is exquisite. The culinary and service team are outstanding. A must to enjoy during your next Auburn visit.
