Stormie and Sierra truly are one of a kind workers. I saw them work through a line of five people in about 4 minutes and my sandwich was perfect. These two are definitely my two favorite sandwich artists in all of Lincoln.

After years of avoiding subway, I was reminded why. Here’s their idea of a meatball sandwich thats supposed to be toasted. . Pretty sad and pathetic. It’s 99% bread. And it’s not even toasted. Well, he did walk by an oven, maybe i needed to remind them to open the door and put it in. Both my sandwiches in my order were equally sad. Time for subway to just close its door or mYbe just bake bread for other shops. Sandwiches aren’t worth your time. As far as staff goes, pretty useless, obviously not into their jobs and uninviting

Orderes a foot long flatbread with steak and cheese. Measured the flatbread. It was 8 inches long. Barely any cheese and the spinach in it seemed gritty and unclean. Tomatoes were small in size as if they were Roma tomatoes and the flatbread itself was tough and chewy. 12.69 for the cost is ridiculous. Choose Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s any day.

About a month ago I had a horrible experience. We ordered 2 footlongs to go. As I was eating mine, I felt a sharp plastic object in my mouth, and spit out a fake press on fingernail. Called the store and the manager was out. Complaint made through BBB and directly to subway. Manager Carl Rosberg replied with “ I have looked into this and none of our staff wear that type of nails, so I don’t know how this happened”. No refund or anything. Unacceptable business practices and management…. Do not eat here.

This is the 2nd time I have gotten sick eatinghere. I thought I had just caught a stomach bug last time. This time I know it was the food because both my son and I were sick for hours. I will starve before I ever stop there again.

One of the employees who has been there a while, she doesn’t wear a name tag so I don’t know her name. But she has a cow tattoo on her right arm. I usually go in there on my break which isn’t long. So I’m usually in a rush. She is really slow and not efficient. She seems irritated 99% of the time. She can at least pretend to be happy to be there. Or does she know nothing about customer service? Everyone else seems happy and can at least fake it but she doesn’t even try. Just do better.

Ordered 2 sandwiches toasted neither were one was missing all condiments put on. Ordered a sandwich and was then informed they weren’t making anymore for the night at 6 p.m. when they don’t close for 3 more hours. I’ve had multiple issues with this location and even though it is minutes away I will drive farther for better service.

I had some specific questions about the ingredients in a sauce and I really just expected an “I don’t know” and that would be the end of it. The person helping us went out of her way to find out (we were the only ones in there). I really appreciated the extra service.
