It was fine, I was expecting much worse based on the reviews. We had the buy a Red Bull get a slice free from Flugtag coupon so we stopped in. The pizza was actually decent and I didn’t see anything unsanitary happening when I was there, it was busy and well staffed. Fine for mall food!

Although I did not end up purchasing food, I was concerned that the employee preparing orders was not wearing gloves, while the manager was. What bothered me most was that when I asked about it, the manager did not step in to address the concern or assist with my order. Because of this experience, I chose not to proceed with my purchase and do not plan to return. I hope moving forward that all employees follow proper food safety practices, including wearing gloves.

The pizza is delicious and the employees are decent, but I did notice one employee there (I’m assuming he’s new because this is my first time ever seeing him over there) not using gloves while spinning the pizza dough around. Whenever I don’t see employees using gloves, especially while they are handling food, it turns me away. I think all employees that are touching food should be wearing gloves.

Cashier uses gloves to handle the money and with the same dirty gloves handles the plastic ware, drinks and napkins. When asked to use clean hands to give me the plastic ware he was bothered and told a coworker that I didn’t make sense. The coworker then said that people like me should stay home. – I give 1 star because the food tasted good, but I am not sure how clean it is and I will not come back here. This is a shame because I love the spinach Stromboli.

There is like 3 teens or young adults 2 girls 1 boy and they attitudes are just god awful i simply ask for some salt and then the girl with the blonde hair caught a whole attitude and just waved me off and then i went back to get some chips and there was another girl with lashes and dreads i went to her to checkout and her reaction is UGHHH COME ON and then took the receipt and damn near flicked the receipt at me extremely rude and disrespectful sbarro need to get that in line

Had a simple slice of cheese yesterday. Man has it gone downhill. They no longer re-toast in in their deck oven but put it through a conveyor belt. It was severely undercooked, no crunch, doughy and cooked on a screen. Sad. It was the best option for NYC vibes years ago. No longer.

Manager, Rebecca , refused to serve the fresh Pizza and would only offer the pizza that looked like it had been sitting there for hours. She also needs a refresher course on customer service. Dalana was polite and efficient.

I am not a fan of mall food generally. Also, I am not a big pizza fan. Sure it’s a fun food and part of Americana. I just don’t seek it. I had not eaten Sbarro in a long time. What a pleasant surprise – I actually sought it a second time. Forget mall, forget chain – this is good pizza. Big fresh chunks of veggies, good meats, really good sauce, I just really enjoyed it.
