This new tea house is a nice little spot in the heart of Jacinto City. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I recommend the pork banh mi and the iced coffee. I think I found my fix for a quick banh mi on the Eastside. Be patient with the staff since it’s a brand new place and their working out the kinks on getting your order out. Overall we liked it.

The place is fun and creative. They pay attention to detail, like when I ordered it pulled my name to the top of the ticket and they called me by my name the time I was there. YALL. The best boba tea hands down. I ordered the milk tea, classic black tea with boba. Its was glorious. They also serve Vietnamese coffee, Pho, and other Vietnamese foods.
