I ordered a PB power with a shot and a Caramelicious with a shot and a normal Caramelicious.

I received no shots, I state this because I have ordered plenty of scooters to tell the difference.
And I got a Sugary milk drink…

I realized my drinks were incorrect after i was long gone. I called three times to ask for a refund or exchange but no one answered.

I guess I’ll be drinking this very sugary milk drink… Or $7 down the drain..

There used to be a scooters up on SMP near Nieman which is now closed. It was close to home and work. More than three occasions we had food served to us that was cold in the center. I thought we would give up on scooters entirely until we found this location which is not too far of a drive and oh my goodness I’ve never had anything cold from there! In two years of service I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.

Yes there are occasionally trainees that are still trying to figure out their job but I can’t fault them for that. Yes there are occasionally times where I have to remind them about one of the items that we ordered which wasn’t quickly handed through the window and I almost drove off. On the other hand they are always quick to solve the problem, and on at least one occasion they completely forgot the breakfast sandwich and I had to wait a little bit for them to put it in while I sat there so she just gave it to me. I think this is a challenging and demanding line of work and you’re literally in a tiny space where you may or may not love your coworker. And in spite of any of the challenges of the work environment, I feel like I’m always greeted with a positive Chick-fil-A Style tone of voice on the speaker or at the window!

I get that there are people that have occasionally had bad experiences but I can’t imagine going out of my way to leave a negative one-star review as I see other people occasionally have simply because a $7 drink wasn’t accurate. It literally makes me sad for those people that they would go out of their way to leave a negative or damaging review or even name an employee. There’s not a single employee that I’ve seen at this location that is deserving of that kind of gross ire or spotlighting. Occasionally we all have an off day and I’m going to let them have those occasionally.

For the most part I think their service, their drink accuracy, and their food service is fast, and done with care and attention. I can’t ask for more out of a little coffee Shack! It’s great!

We seem to always have trouble with this location. Today was no different. We pulled up, it’s 3:20 and they have two girls standing at the window talking with the employees and we were asked to wait. We wait 6-8min to be helped and then like last weekend they were out of oat milk. This location never keeps inventory so they are constantly out of things and the service is subpar. They can’t even make drinks consistently. This is the closest location to my home and we left to get our drinks elsewhere because of the poor service.

Similar to other recent review, this location used to be great, but sadly it has been run into the ground by their current manager, Lexi. The rest of the staff is always friendly, and it was disappointing to see the staff being treated so poorly by their manager. Not a good look in front of customers. You used to be able to go to this location and trust you would get a delicious drink for the morning commute and the amazing customer service was always the cherry on top. Now, you might wait in line for 20-30 minutes just for a drink that was made incorrectly. There are new employees constantly at this store, which tells me something is terribly wrong at the management level. If you’re in the area, avoid this store and take a short trip down the road to the scooters on 75th. You won’t regret it. Very sad to see a location that was once highly recommended doing so poorly.

I have loved Scooters for years until today. When pulling up I realized they had smoothies. As soon as I said that someone in the background working in the store stated “ No don’t get a smoothie”. I ended up not ordering anything. This is not the normal attitude from this location. Disappointed customer.

Time and time again this location has came to a disappointment. It reflects poorly on management when they can’t properly train their staff. This location is out of all non-dairy products when other locations have been fine. Constantly order a drink and am given the wrong drink, the wrong size. Or they put a medium volume in a larger cup. Drinks are so inconsistent. Please run for the hills. Go to a different location, as this one does not reflect the typical scooters that everyone enjoys.

5 stars for new employees and 1 star to the Manager training this morning.
This morning was my first visit to this location. The manager was snapping at the two girls, blaming them for her own mistake. The manager needs to slow down and allow the employees time to build rapport with customers as well as learn the drinks. I appreciate fast and friendly, not fast, messy and stressful. Hang in there trainees, you are doing great!!!
