We waited over an hour for the pizza and wings for take out.
The pizza was bad, tasted like a microwaveable mess, the wings were decent but they screwed up our order and gave us the wrong wings.

We tried hometown for the first time today. I highly recommend! The pizza was fresh and hot and delicious! The boneless wings were crispy and on point. They have a drive through so you don’t even need to get out of the car! Outstanding!

I’ve ordered from here sporadically over many years. Mainly because it’s the only place that will deliver to my house in East Springfield. But have never had a bad experience with them. Food is always hot and well made. The people have always been polite and pleasant to deal with. One of the best businesses in Girard.

First time we ordered from Hometown Pizza. We all loved it. Pizza was great and the salad was good as well.
12/30/21 We ordered Pizza and 2 salad. The lettuce was brown and was not good. There were a few unripe tomatoe dices on the lettuce. Is certainly different from the first salad we got. The price we paid for the 2 tossed salads is a waste because they are not fit to eat. I believe our orders will be going back to Domino’s

Eat here a couple times a year when we are in town visiting family. Food is usually done quickly and is accurate. 20in pizza the crust is a little too thin for my likes and it’s rather floppy to eat. Wings are cooked good and have a nice crispy exterior. Quality seems to have dimished a bit since the last time I’ve had it but everyone was happy with the pizza.

First time customer tonight, and we were very impressed! Pizza (pepperoni) was HUGE as were the wings… We had the Honey Cajun (YUM) and Honey Mustard and they were amazing.. And my favorite appetizer, Sweet Corn Nuggets! You can’t find them just any where ❤️… We are pizza and wings junkies and these were some of the best I’ve had, great job!

The girl taking the order was admittingly confused on the phone. My husband picked up the pizza and when he opened it at home we couldn’t believe our eyes. It was a large cheese and pepperoni pizza….but 1/4 of the pizza only had cheese half way down the slices, there might have been 10 pieces of pepperoni on the whole thing. The crust edge was about 2-3 inches down into the slice. So you basically got a half a slice of pizza without any sauce or toppings. We ordered a pizza but got a big pile of half cooked pizza dough. Gross.
And why is this place is an old house…they have to remove a window screen to hand you the pizza? No thanks..

Wow. I will never order from this place. Just listened to the “owner” yell at someone on the phone. Who does this in front of customers? Whether it’s a disgruntled guest or even a sales call, no one deserves to be yelled at like that. This place is an absolute joke and no one should support this place. I don’t understand how your business hasn’t failed yet. But when it does I’ll buy this hole in the wall and show people what good pizza and better customer service looks like.

I have had multiple issues with my orders. I always tip the delivery drivers and am always nice to them when I call. I ordered 4 lbs of wings I have photos owner didn’t care. I was told today that I will be served to the best of my ability and that my complaints will not be taken at all.

I love this place. The owners and employees have customer service down to a science. The wings are amazing, best ive ever had. The subs are spot on and the pizza is always cooked to perfection. You wont regret your order with them.
