Just wanted to Thank the Papa John staff and company for appreciating local food delivery drivers. I Work for both GrubHub and Doordash and a lot of orders are low pay cuz it’s hard times. This makes it easier to accept those low tip orders. It was delicious and I look forward to filling another card.

Tried to call in an order for a cheeseburger pizza that was in a paper coupon ad. The coupon ad was sent to my house a few days ago.
When I called the phone number provided by google, a man answered the phone, but the man was not even from the Chambersburg Papa Johns store. He said “I cannot place your order and I will have to transfer you to the store”
The store answered to phone and asked me for my order. I said I wanted a cheeseburger pizza from the ad. They informed me that they no longer carry the pizza even though it is also on the Papa Johns website.

I ordered a large seven topping pizza and there was barely anything on there aside from cheese. I guess this location doesn’t care about customers ever coming back.

Last night was my second time getting pizza here. Delicious both times. 15 to 20 minute wait til it was ready. Very polite and friendly manager that waited on me.
Went to chambersburg for one reason and when that fell through I decided to not waste the trip and am glad I went to Papas. Now I have several meals that I can enjoy for several days.
Their garlic dipping sauce is very good. Good price plan to go back when I’m in the area.

Papa J’s is definitely the gold standard of chain pizza restaurants. Hours are solid at this location and food was cooked great. I do wish they would honor the no contact note when delivering. Since we are sick, that would’ve been made more sense

Just picked up a Cheddar Crust pizza and bacon cheese breadsticks. Pizza has little to no sauce, didn’t give the right sauce for the breadsticks and the little green pepper that comes with the pizza is just the skin of the pepper which is dry and busted open. What the actual heck..

After having a horrible experience at Dominos tonight. Papa Johns saved the day. These employees went above and beyond for me. I called 2 mins before close and they still took my order and were very pleasant about it. I felt bad because it was a last minute order. The food was great and I will only be ordering from them from now on. Thank you for saving the night keep up the great work and amazing customer service.
