Reservations lady was a big help on providing details about my reservation. Lovely atmosphere here! The food was fantastic, and the hookah was quite enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot it’s very upscale.

Lola was very helpful with the reservation and she is also pleasant and she ensured my group was well taken care off when we visited. Because of Lola’s hospitality i am bringing another group to Royal Palace in couple of weeks. I have recommended the place to some friends and sure will be stopping by frequently. 5 for you Lola!

We visited solely for dinner and had a pleasant experience. The food and atmosphere were enjoyable, and the ambiance was commendable. However, we believe that the menu could benefit from further expansion. The bass and lamb chops were particularly delicious.

I had a fantastic experience at this venue! The ambiance was absolutely stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable outing. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made us feel truly welcomed. The music added a delightful touch, enhancing the overall vibe of the place. And for the ladies who enjoy capturing those perfect bathroom mirror selfies, the restroom is simply divine! Overall, I can’t recommend this spot enough!

If I could give this lounge zero stars, I absolutely would. The only reason it’s getting one star is for the DJ and the ambiance, but everything else was a complete disaster.
• Valet: $20 just to park? Outrageous.
• Entry Fee: Another $20 per person to get in and we arrived at 10:30 PM!
•Hookah: $50 for hookah that wasn’t worth even half that price.
• Seating Scam: We were told there were no free seats unless we paid $100 for a spot or $200 for a bigger section. Talk about a money grab.
• Waitress Service: I asked the waitress for a menu, and she said, “There’s no menu, and no food is good here tonight.” I found this hilarious and unprofessional at the same time.
• Bathroom: The female bathroom was disgustingly clogged and messy. Clearly, basic cleanliness isn’t a priority here.
This lounge is overpriced, poorly managed, and doesn’t care about its customers. The DJ and ambiance were the only saving grace, but they’re definitely not enough to make up for everything else. Save your time and money, this place is NOT worth it!

Nice place and Atmosphere. DJ was good. What I didn’t like about it was the parking $30, to get in $35, and $100 for a section for two people. The waitress dropped off our food, which wasn’t right and came back 40 mins later and I told her it wasn’t right and we don’t want it. She said she can’t take it off cause it’s been sitting for so long, well go get management to remove it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hookah lounge. Our bill was supposed to be $500, but we were charged $600 instead, which felt extremely dishonest. The service was terrible, and we were rushed out of our section, which made the experience uncomfortable and stressful. The atmosphere was not welcoming, and we truly felt scammed.
I do not recommend having a party or any type of function here, and I strongly advise people not to do business with this place. If you host an event here, you risk being overcharged or scammed. I will never be coming back. Save your time and money and choose somewhere more professional.

The wait time was ABSURD!!!! We sat down at 1130pm and didn’t get a server until 12-20a and then waited over a hour for hookah., non alcoholic drinks, and a hour more food we thought was coming. The server constantly said it was short staffed and very apologetic… but after so long our patience started to wear thin. When inquiring about the food the server said they ran out of chicken and went to the store to get some… what?!?! We had been waiting over a hour and now you run out of chicken and no communication had we not asked. After waiting an additional 45 for min for the chicken it finally came. The vibe was lit but service and wait times were TRASH!

We had an amazing experience at this establishment, thanks to Lola!!! My friends and I were visiting from out of town and couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment we were seated, Lola was attentive, friendly and professional and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Outstanding service and can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!!!

This hookah lounge feels more like a money trap. Valet parking sets you back $20, and entry is another $20—yet that only gets you in the door. If you want a seat, be prepared to shell out an additional $100 for a table. Hookah is overpriced, and the service leaves much to be desired. The food is average at best. What saves this place? The music and ambiance create a decent vibe, and the biggest perk—you can bring your own drinks. If not for that, it wouldn’t be worth the hassle.
