My Husband and I live in St. Helens. Whenever we have to go to Portland we wait to buy our food and drinks at this location. Everyone that works here are so friendly. They greet you right as you walk in the door even when they are busy. Shop is always clean.

The Cappuccino I got my boyfriend was only 2/3 full and hardly any foam on top…. Big foam bubbles.
I got a caramel Frappuccino and there was no sweetness to the drink itself… there was caramel on the top but no sweetness to the coffee like normal. I’ve had this drink several times and have never had it taste like this. 🙁
We bought 4 drinks and 2 were not great.

We like the location the coffee and pastries. But this is the loudest Starbucks I have ever been in! To the point we cannot hear each other talking. Though we like to sit inside, weather permitted we have to sit outside due to the noise. Anything you can do to mitigate some of noise from the kitchen, especially in the ice area?
