I was in a parking lot(Donna’s) googling latin food near me this afternoon. The Pull-Up popped right up. So I looked up and saw their sign directly ahead. Walked right in and had food within 5-10min. Also, don’t be shy, The owner is a friendly hermano!
Grabbed a few things and let me tell you, the stewed chicken with rice and red beans was incredible. Great portion in the small size. I also grabbed chicken/cheese empanada and an arepa. So great.
In the warmer months the owner also possesses a food truck. I’ll be looking for that this spring summer fall. I definitely plan to go back sooner than later!

Went to the Pull-Up as I was visiting MA because the family group chat blew up when they found this gem! The food was SO delicious! And the owner was very friendly! We were so excited to try the food, so we didn’t get a picture. But I’ll try to attach video I took of the menu and small amount of chicken stew left. We ordered 2 chicken and cheese empanadas, 1 steak and cheese empanada, a chicken stew, order of fried plantains, and an arepa (his grandmother’s recipe!). You need to stop in, the chicken stew with rice and beans was our favorite, I probably could even eat a whole order of just his rice! Very flavorful and not dried out. 10/10 recommend

I’ve been here twice and both times I made sure I ordered the arepa and yellow rice. These items taste so authentic and so flavorful that I will continue to eat here for years to come. Also Robin, the owner, is the nicest guy you’ll meet and he puts his heart and soul into cooking these delicious treats. The sweet plantains are also super tasty. He told me to come back this Saturday (November 1, 2025) when he’s making an Oxtail dish. This food is so good your tastebuds will thank you every time. I highly recommend stopping by with your family and friends.

Stopped in on a whim and did not regret it. Robin, the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I asked him for his recommendation and he made me the pull-up sandwich with both chicken and steak. It did not disappoint- an incredible blend of flavors and textures. I’m generally not a big eater, but I finished the whole thing, it was so good. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone.

My guys back there making fresh empanadas to order! I got the steak and cheese + oxtail. It’s a bit pricy but they stuff the meat in there. Tender, packed and flavorful.

The pull up has amazing food with the perfect taste. Freshly made every morning with multiple different plates to choose from. He had jerk chicken today and made his own honey jerk sauce from scratch, I’ve never tasted a sauce like it before. He serves Mac n cheese on the weekends which is already great that with a little of his jerk sauce on top is mouth watering fantastic. I definitely recommend stopping by even to eat in or order out!

We had a delicious dinner at The Pull Up! Chicken stew, chicken and cheese empanadas, sweet plantains, rice and kidney beans, fried chicken… all delicious! They will sell out of some items if you go in the evening so be prepared to order something different (if you study the menu in advance like me!). Will definitely be back to try their oxtail!

The ultimate comfort food: filling, but not heavy. Great flavors, and you can taste the love that goes into it. The steak and cheese empanadas remind me of my Mom’s braised beef (my childhood favorite). Had the honey jerk wings (a special of the day), and they were amazing!

The Pull Up is the spot for fresh comfort food! Every single item was cooked to perfection and made to order. The fried chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had. I was going to ask for hot sauce and it is NOT needed, the chicken was so flavorful. Cannot recommend this spot enough!
