Consistently inconsistent. My orders are usually wrong and if it’s busy, you can expect below average quality. The side pasta comes thrown in a container and isn’t remotely mixed in. I guarantee you will have no where near enough sauce to enjoy it. This angel hair has almost zero sauce. Very frustrating because the food can be excellent…just not consistent.

Been a Westfield resident for decades and a longtime customer of Ferraros. We order delivery on a regular basis. Tonight after almost 1 and a half hours, I called to see what the issue was and I was told that my order had been delivered—— but not to me I responded. After 5-10 minutes I got a call saying that it was delivered to the wrong address! At this point my family had to leave for an appointment so redoing the order was useless. I was told “sorry “ and that charge would be removed. Not exactly an overwhelming customer oriented response. Maybe I was used to the good old days where Chuck Murray would go out of his way to do something like give me a credit for my next order. So much for being a regular customer for 20+ years.

Really pains me to say this, but we were extremely underwhelmed with the takeout at this place as we really wanted to like it. The food was bland. And we were disappointed with the quality. It looked and tasted like the pasta and sauce were all premade separately, and then tossed together into the container right before pickup. Sauces were really liquidy and didn’t mix into or stick to the pasta if you know what I mean…

Sadly, Ferraro’s is nothing like it used to be. Very recently we ordered an Alfredo type pasta, Penne Vodka, and 2 chicken dishes. The Alfredo dish was pure salt and completely inedible (and this is coming from someone who loves salt) We tossed that one right away. The penne vodka dish had the right taste but was swimming in oil. We poured at least a 1/2 cup of oil out of the container right away and it was still swimming in more. It was so very unappetizing. The Chicken dishes were fine. Not fabulous, but not bad either. And, like previous reviewers have mentioned, the bread is an odd hamburger bun type roll that was stale. Even if it wasn’t stale it just doesn’t work with the food, they shouldn’t bother including them. They were tossed immediately as well. The only upside to the whole order was that it was delivered very quickly and everything was still hot when received. Sadly I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered a few trays for an event and the ordering process was simple, very detailed, and they knew the questions to ask to make sure the order was correct. The food was ready when promised and the food was excellent. Ferraro’s salad was a hit as well as their pastas and chicken. Pickup at this location is simple thanks to their parking lot.

Terrible dinner this evening, not the normal quality. Pasta was overly salty making it inedible, salad was lacking and not the usual size and the garlic bread was burnt.
Not the same quality of food that you have in the restaurant… I will remember not to order take out again! Very disappointing
