I asked for a cup holder and Maria Del Rosario told me no “because she doesn’t have a cup holder for one drink” since when was that a good enough reason to not give a paying customer a cup holder? How completely petty and idiotic. I ordered THREE drinks with my food so obviously two cup holders are needed. She was also rude and unwilling to help the customer after me who wanted to pick up his order using the jack in the box app. Please Jack in the Box hire someone who is willing to grow with the company and help a customer with the business app or at the very least be courteous enough to bring an employee to the counter that does. She made zero effort to help him with a smile on her face as she shook her head no.

I’m only writing a review because I went to get food last night and the guy was so slick to not give me my change back. He did it so well that I had to come post it. Is he doing it to other customers and pocketing the change… bad for business jack in the box. Will never go again no matter how delicious

I loved their Alaskan fish sandwish, which is the best sandwish with fresh crispy fish, fresh bun, and excellent taste! I will buy again! The service and the atmosphere were great too!

Got a baby roach in my food. Don’t go here. Disgusting. I will never eat from any jack in the box anywhere ever and haven’t since that incident.update:still don’t eat at jacks, idc if they remodeled and got rid of any trace of my transaction to avoid legal problems. Well, it’s Jack in the box. It’s not fine dining by any means, but it’ll get the job done when it’s late or really early in the morning. I live in between 2 Jack in the boxes, and I actually forgot about this one. I can’t speak on the cleanliness of the restaurant because I went through the drive-through. The food was made to order, which I believe most of the Jack’s are now. They were pretty quick. I asked for some extra sauce and they gave me more than enough. I had some for the junk drawer. The outside of the place looked like any other. Nothing to brag or complain about. If I had to give them a grade, they get an A. They got the job done.

We went to the Jack in the Box located on 535 S. Citrus Ave. By the CVS @ 9:40PM to eat after a trip to the Fairplex. Was not greeted at all. An employee saw us pull up and park our car and decided to come lock the door on us before we could walk in, and he walked away. I went to go see the hours that clearly say they close at 10 o’clock. I’m with my elderly parents and it’s already late for them. He sees me take out my phone to record my time and decided to come and confront me and asked me “What’s the m matter Honey?”. (Not appreciated or professional) he said they were closed already. I told him the time says 10 o’clock and he refused to let us in. Long story short. We will not return. Thanks to this clown.
