Cheeseburgers were small, definitely not worth the price, $8.25 for a regular, and $8.75 with bacon. $15 Philly cheesesteak was delicious but not worth it for the price. Won’t be back.

Love, love, love! The pizza is sooo good! The shrimp is excellent! My husband loves their sandwiches! Just plain, old, good food served up by friendly locals. And the ice cream case offers some good take-and-go offerings! We love it! You order at the front or call in, then you can sit in diy style (no waitresses) or take out. Convenient!

The Village Store and Diner in Keymar, MD, certainly captures the charm of a country store. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the cleanliness is commendable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. However, despite these positives, my experience with the cheeseburger was underwhelming.
While the roll, mayonnaise, tomato, and lettuce were fresh and flavorful, the hamburger was disappointingly bland. A little salt could have gone a long way in bringing out the taste of the patty. Additionally, the patty, which seemed to be about 1/3 of a pound, felt unnecessarily small. A slightly larger 1/4-pound patty might have been a better fit, especially if the roll were toasted to add texture and warmth.
I plan to revisit due to the pleasant atmosphere and service, but the food didn’t meet my expectations this time.

Bicycle ( ebike) ride of 40 miles round trip. Stopped for a coke for quick replenishment. Hardly ever drink coke anymore. Great bike ride from Westminster to Rocky Ridge and return.
