If I had a negative I would give it. Bread was stale, lettuce was old, tomatoes were old, guys were working but their process had me in line for over 30 minutes and I was on a road trip so I should have left but didn’t. I did not order this toasted. It’s just that stale or overcooked. Editing post: I asked one of the guys working and he said the other guy took the bread out too soon so I guess they toasted it at some point to finish it cooking? Either way I was counting on a non hard sub.

I know an employee who works there. I can tell you they were not working tonight. I tried several times to call and no answer. I normally do not post and give the business the benefit of the doubt but today I am not happy. I ordered the two footlongs. One was suppose to be the Philly and the other was suppose to be the Boss. I asked my husband to pick it up on his way home from work. I was already at home. He brought home a footling meatball sandwich and whatever is in the photo. He was tired and I was tired so we ate what was given to us after no one answered the phone. I am know this probably doesn’t happen very often often but tonight was not the night to happen for me.

Walked in with 7 people in front of me and my fiancé and knew it would be awhile. Finally got to the front, one guy has been making sandwiches the whole time and the other not doing a damn thing. When we get there the first guy proceeds to make our sandwiches, by this time 6 more people are behind us waiting. Instead of helping his co worker make the current order, this kid decided to start taking and making the next two orders. Oh I forgot to mention, before we got up there they only had 4 loafs of bread left and didn’t inform anyone that was coming in. They almost didn’t have enough for our order as kid had already cut and put product on the other loads of bread. Worst experience and I feel bad for Heath who was working hard and was definitely new. Don’t know other kids name cuz he had no tag. He made everything worse and didn’t help at all. Also sandwiches were sloppy. Had he helped they could’ve got through that rush no biggie but instead he decided to sit there and twiddle his thumbs. There needs to be new management, never see a manager in the store and this place has had a bad rep the 3 years I’ve been here.

Went in before the lunch rush with my kids noticed four staff members sitting down ,thought they were having a meeting waited about 10 min.no one even glanced at us or said anything waited another ten then said hello no one answered…I got mad and told my kids we were leaving. If they are closed for a meeting they should have said something instead of having us wait there for nothing , don’t know if it’s a management thing,or pay thing going on at that subway,would be nice to know.I mean why open if your not going to sell anything.

There was a guy being trained and the manager was horrible to him. He was just learning his job and she kept telling him that he needed to work faster and he was messing up. She didn’t take the time to help fix what he was messing up just putting him down. He wrapped my sandwich wrong and she got upset, I told him he could redo it and she said no he’s taking to long. Well, I wanted him to learn AND I didn’t want it falling apart later. I won’t go here again but do like Subway and will still eat at other ones.

My bread was a little tough, but it was all good after my oil and vinegar soaked it. The restaurant was clean.

My boyfriend and I came and we waited about 10 minutes to even have a person acknowledge we were standing here. Then a couple came in and they waited over 20 minutes and weren’t served even after that! And to top it off we called to try and get somebody’s attention and they let it ring through!

First off they are is nasty they don’t clean their work station, always has sauce old lettuce and stuff where they prepair food. second they had no bread. So I went to the other one on the other side of town and they were out of bread. why even be open if you dont have bread to make a sandwich at both locations waist of gas and time.

We have used the app always to place orders. For the past 2 weeks, we get there and they don’t have our food made. They did not notify that they didn’t “have” bread, meat, or meatballs. They have kids working in there just playing around in the back.

Food is like any other subway. The inexperienced staff is what gives it a one star. I ordered online and they ask what my order was, so I proceed to tell them. They had made the order wrong! I mean seriously, it’s in black and white print what the sandwiches were supposed to be! So incompetent that they can’t read!
