We have been here twice and the food and service were wonderful. We love the atmosphere, sophisticated yet relaxed. The menu is very unique and the food was delicious. Our party had the boar, lamb, trout, burgers and the Towanda sandwich. Everyone was pleased with their meal. Our waiter, Justice, was very knowledgeable on the menu to give recommendations.

Today (1-13-26) I visited and I’ve got to say, one of my BEST done in experiences. I was at the location as Burgerhaus, and while they were well decorated, they somehow managed to update the looks too the place a lot. It’s SO cozy. Justice (handsome man with a short trimmed beard) was literally the BEST server I’ve ever had. He recommended a lot of different things to eat, explained a lot, and did it ALL with a smile on his face. Maybe this is normal for a fancier restaurant, but I genuinely think he had the perfect personality to be the face for a restaurant. HE is the reason I will be coming back. The food was delicious and genuinely a nice, refreshing change for the region. Chef Jay seems to be a big family man (having named multiple things after family) and I really appreciate this. This is my first review ever and I’m happy that it could be!

Great job to this establishment for creating such excellence ! From our server Tom (hilarious!), to the drinks, to the entrees, we had an outstanding time. We ordered 2 cocktails, pepperoni pizza as an appetizer, ramen and the Delilah chicken, and their pretzel gelato desert; everything was absolutely outstanding!
We were told the menu switches out so we are excited to come back to try all the new dishes. Stellar job to the owner for creating such a great place to enjoy in the area !

Service and food was excellent. They took our walk-in but they also mentioned that we should make reservations in the future due to crowd surges. Good know and we will be coming back again with reservations, lol. Overall, i highly recommend.

My Wife and I stopped in for Brunch on 1/24/26. We were warmly greeted right away. We sat at the bar, which is gorgeous, and Bill was our bartender. We each tried a couple of craft cocktails, and they were all perfect and delicious. I had the Green Eggs and Ham and my wife had the Belgian Waffle. Every bite was better than the last. The food and cocktails were amazing, but the atmosphere created by this amazing staff will bring us back again and again. Truly can not wait until we come back. Could not have been happier.

What a great date night choice. I think this place will do wonderful in the NWI area.
We were introduced with great service by our server and even the chef/owner when he walked by.
The menu is definitely unique, I like the drink menu names. I got the paper plane drink to start. My boyfriend got the sweet and spicy pizza and I got the lamb. That lamb was super tender, didn’t even need a knife.
The pizza had such great flavors and he really enjoyed it.
One thing we are sad about but will come back to try, is their dessert. I guess the server was eager to have us try the desserts but they aren’t serving them the first week which I understand but I wanted to try that corn themed one.
Overall atmosphere is amazing, service is great, the food is on the pricy side but I think worth it for the amount of food you get.

You would never know they’ve only been open for 3 weeks! When you walk in you are greeted by a very cool & modern atmosphere (which we needed in NWI)! It’s dark but inviting.
We were greeted warmly by the staff and our server even gave us a little history of the place & chef/owner. We asked for recommendations and we were not disappointed.
The baked Brie was amazing and the JayBird sandwich was like nothing I’ve had before. The prices were incredibly reasonable also.

Made reservations for the day they opened. We were greeted with big smiles upon entering. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Justice was an excellent waiter and was so helpful and patient. The Wild Boar Cops was so good and tender! We will be back to try more dishes.

We sat at the bar as a couple. Our bartenders were Adam and Bill. They were extremely friendly and welcoming with customized options for craft cocktails. Chef Jay came around, introduced himself, a nice chat and a Christmas cheer to celebrate a house made syrup added to the old fashion. The food was amazing! We are planning our next trip back, including brunch!
