Now that we have gone back numerous times I can say with confidence this is the best Zaxbys I have been to. All of the employees have been so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lana, she was so nice to my daughter on her birthday. The food is always delicious but the employees are what really make this location stand out.
We were so excited to hear that Zaxby’s was finally coming to the area and it did not disappoint. The food was just as expected and tasted great. I would recommend!

The food is just okay and the amount you get for the price is honestly a ripoff. I personally think Chili’s chicken crispers are way better and you get your values worth there. However Zaxbys has some good sauces I will give them that.

Didn’t go in. Used drive thru. No one on line! Ordered chicken sandwich which was pretty good and fries which were hohum. $12.00. Faster than KFC by far. No mashed or coleslaw on menu which is what I wanted. This place better advertise!

Something totally different. Loved it. Zax sauce pretty much the same as Mac sauce . They got a birthday cake milkshake shake that my Son loved so much, he likes birthday cake anything but nobody sells it.
Cashier’s very informative and knowledgeable provided quick and efficient customer service. Definitely coming back.

I have never ate inside the Zaxby’s in Eustis until now, as I am eating my food I witness an exceptional manager which his name is Sedrick Arnold helping his colleagues at the drive thru, front counter, making the food, and greeting guest as the come into the restaurant. After the busy traffic he took the time to go greet the guests in the dining room to make sure everything was good. Nobody waited for the food the whole TEAM worked great together to take care of the customers. Hats off to you sir Sedrick Arnold and your colleagues. Zaxby’s should be honored to have a hard working manager like Sedrick Arnold. Sedrick was a very polite gentleman. Thank you

Good food but That’s about it they have 2 drive thru lanes but ones always blocked ordered drive thru on the app no one is in line but they immediately park you if I wanted to park I would have did that there’s no one in line I don’t understand what the issue is they definitely need management that cares about the customers instead of a drive thru time employees just standing inside chilling instead of worrying about customers

I got the 5 finger plate with extra fries and no slaw. The food was really good. Nice temperature when it came out and good seasoning on the fries. The only problem was all the trashes were full. Otherwise everything else was good.

Everyone working here was friendly, approachable, and overall wonderful. I got my food quickly despite having just placed my to go order before pulling into the drive thru. The lemon pepper chicken was phenomenal, loved the seasoning. I was also a big fan of the seasoned fries. Chicken was a bit salty, just a personal preference thing, but still enjoyed it. The peach tea here is delicious too. Did not disappoint and I will be back soon!
