When AWS was down, we had tried to order off the Subway website but had issues with the payment. Even though we were charged, the restaurant didn’t receive the order. This Subway location made things right by not only providing a refund, but by also allowing us to receive a free footlong sub! Go to a different place. This place is trash! Be careful if you are ordering online. They will charge you full price for the optionals ingredients like bacon, avocado or more but, make sure to check your sandwich once you get it. Because they will not added it in at all! It happened to me 2 times already.

Worst experience ever. Went in for 2 cookies, THATS ALL, YOU’D THINK IT WOULD BE SIMPLE, IN AND OUT. But apparently it wasn’t. They took about 10 minutes working on other orders, instead of giving me my cookies which would have took 10 SECONDS. Instead of leaving with a cookie I LEFT WITH 10 minutes of my time wasted and a terrible attitude. I’d give you zero if it was possible but even that’s too generous. And whoever that one Indian lady was I know damn well you saw me.

i went in and got a foot long sub to split with my sister. i got charged for the foot long and a six inch. when i explained and tried to get a refund for the six inch they took my card and said the money would go back on it but i just got charged another 12inch. i tried calling at about 9:30 to politely ask if i could speak to a manger in the morning just to get the issue resolved and it was silent for a minute and then they just hung up the phone. hoping to get the issue resolved. thanks. i cant afford to spend 30 dollars at subway.

I enjoyed coming to this Subway for years and the way Robin & the others treated me went from me wanting come there once in a while to going there ever day I work at Kroger.Then all of the sudden in the blink of an eye,everything that made me enjoy going there is now gone because of new ownership.I once asked one of the girls who used to work there what happened and she said the new management caused them all to quit which sucks because now you have workers there who cut tomatoes in their hands.Who taught them that’s how to cut tomatoes that way.The only one that has made me come back there is Kim.She always gets my order right.Dolly is also good.The guys just make me face palm some times when they make my pizza.Please bring back Robin & the others.It isn’t the same without them

I haven’t had Subway in YEARS! My daughter was the one that suggested we eat here. We each got tuna on white. I get that pricing and promotions are out of their hands but the quality of bread is not! When we got home, we found the bread to be rock hard on the outside. When biting down, I couldn’t even pull the bite away because the bread was so hard to break. How can you not FEEL this when making the sub? you can! They just didn’t care. $10 is too much for a sub on stale bread!
