Every time we come here they just give an essence of sauce on the subs, so you are stuck w dry bread sandwich. In the pic I asked for both buffalo sauce and ranch. So I’m now eating a dry chicken tenders and bread sub. You have to order extra in person I guess to get a normal amount of sauce or really any sauce at all.

I decided to get lunch there since it’s newly opened. I got a s’more milkshake was really good, but my entree that I bought was a mess. I got a chicken burrito, and it was a soggy falling apart mess. I make pick up orders for Wawa regularly, usually for breakfast before a long shift or dinner after one. Every single time no doubt I come to this location, my order is never ready!!! Pickup time for 7:30, ok let’s make sure it’s don’t at 7:40. The reason for me making the pickup orders is because I have to go! The service is awful….. there was a lady today saying “use the self checkouts if you have card” I understand days can be busy and short but that doesn’t give anyone the right to preform at their job horrendously.

If you get a breakfast burrito and pay 25 cents for sour cream, they won’t give it to you unless you remind them. Especially when ordering over the app. They about 0 for 15 on that, just to be clear. Once in a while is one thing but they have a 100% loss rate on the sour cream.

The Tesla EV chargers are always full of gas vehicles. If your Tesla app says there are chargers available they are probably fully of gas vehicles using them for parking. I have said something to the staff and they said there nothing they can do. Wawa really needs to do something about this.

Food here is always fresh flavorful and worth the wait during busy times. They have a super friendly staff that are always helpful and cheerful. They currently are going through a face lift much like other stores in the area can’t wait to see the new look. My only reasoning for giving a 4 of 5 star rating is due to the locations difficulty to enter and exit the parking lot in traffic as well the touch screen ordering kiosks are slow and get stuck.
