Great spot, great location, small dinning room but the burgers were juicy they were cheesy they were hot. You order from a kiosk and they bring it out to you pretty fast. Parking is easy to find close by.

Overall not a good first experience. Long wait time. Could tell some of the staff handing out food had no idea what was going on. Also, we were not given our fries until we asked. My fiancé ordered the shack burger on the lettuce wrap which ended up having nothing put on it. Just lettuce and meat. The shakes were good at least!

Why is a burger the size of my palm for 9 dollars? Also if I’m getting cheese fries I’d at least like if there was more than a glop of cheese. Also typically food is made warm but apparently not the fries because they are COLD. This place won’t last in Perrysburg.

Great food, service was okay. I won’t complain too much seeing that this establishment just recently opened so the fact that we were missing a couple items will be forgiven. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough seats for customers to dine-in. I even saw 2 customers going at it and ready to fight over a table today. And other people standing right next to my table waiting to takeover it was unsettling. Other thank that, great place and even better food, I’ll just take it to go.

Place is nice. Employees could be nicer. Waited 30 mins for food (it was busy and it is a new place, but fast food? Come on). Food was terrible. Burger was the only exceptional thing. 3 burgers, 2 drinks, 2 fries, 3 shakes. $80+ ?? Shakes were the most basic, tasteless shakes ever. Fries were bland. No salt or any type of seasoning. Debatably cardboard.
If you’re gunna charge nice dining restaurant prices in your fast food restaurant it should be a lot better. This place definitely just seems like they’re cashing out as much as they can on the Brand Name. Definitely do not recommend. Sad, especially for Levis Commons.

Liked the food. It was great. No problem with the kitchen staff. They were nice and gave timely refills of my drinks. The service of the dining area staff sucked. They were constantly swarming around our table asking when we were ready to leave and if they could have our table soon. I understand you’re busy and that you want to seat more people, but I’m a paying customer and don’t want to feel rushed while I eat. Maybe get more tables if you want to seat more people. The answer isn’t making me feel rushed and that I’m in someone’s way.

Worth the Hype. Excellent customer service. Finally nice to have a nice good burger restaurant in the area! Can honestly say I’m my opinion I’ve had the best Burger today in Perrysburg I’ve had since I’ve stayed here. Fries were okay but were fresh! Can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu
