In my opinion the habit burger and Grill doesn’t have very good customer service at any of its locations. This Walnut Creek location is one of the worst. I ordered a meal for pick up and was notified through text message that my order was ready. When I asked the gentleman at the counter if my order was ready, he said no. And then he actually looked for it and found out that it was ready. I didn’t appreciate that. When I asked him if I could have a side of ranch dressing because it was not available to order through the website, he told me that I had to go over to the register and pay extra for it.. I paid the price. I received the ranch and I clarified the size because they used to have two sizes a small and a large and when she charged me $.60 she gave me the small and I wanted to make sure that that was the only option. I took the ranch and as I walked away, I heard her telling her trainee that sometimes people get mad that they charge for ranch. I didn’t appreciate that employee talking about like that in front of me. I wanted to go back and say something to her her or the gentleman that she was trying to order the manager that was there told me that my order was but I can tell that this company doesn’t care about their customers so I’m just gonna write a review here to get it off my chest.

Burger was done so fast after my mobile order I was amazed. The quality to me was perfect. The place seemed very packed. Definitely like this location more than the other one in Walnut Creek but food quality is completely the same. Highly recommended for a good lunch! Charburger and fries never goes wrong. DONT forget to add bacon!

First time eating here. Absolute worst burger I have ever had! Meat was like a hockey puck, well done is an understatement! No flavor, comparable to McDonald’s but less flavor. About a 1/3 lb of lettuce there was more lettuce than meat, extra soggy tomato. Onion rings and fries were good and decent milkshake. Extra burger was given to dogs.

Where’s the beef? Burger is paper thin. Ordered the cheeseburger but got bun and lettuce. Did the meat get smaller suddenly? Not worth the price in my opinion, used to be good.

I dined in here and it was amazing! I love the cashier and the cooks, they didn’t mind us watching them cook while we wait. There are many seats available including some outside. The building looks nice and the inside look fabulous!

Had a great experience at The Habit Burger! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right — you can really taste the quality in every bite. What stood out just as much as the food was the excellent service. Fanny and Marcos were both super friendly and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s always nice to be treated like a valued guest, and they really made the visit enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

Great burger. For the budget conscious get the double patty for $1.30 extra, cut it in half and you have two meals for about $11.00 which includes your drink and excellent fries. You folks should talk to PrimoHoagies about making your hamburger buns. The bun is fine, like all burger buns, Wonder Bread, so sorry Wonder Bread. The picture shows the bun highly compressed, it isn’t in reality but it was a long trip home and was in the refrigerator for a day or two.
Although, imagine a truly great hamburger bun, European style, real home made bread bread. Imagine the possibilities, the competitive advantage. Charge $1 more. What the heck it’s worth trying.
