I ordered extra meat ($2), extra cheese ($2), and extra cucumbers on my sandwich as a mobile order, and didn’t have any extra. They also don’t accept any of the coupons or rewards in the app. Tried to call to see about my sandwich and of course no answer.

I travel for work and this is by far worst customer service Subway I’ve came across. Your subway, you can substitute some items, never had any issues at other Subways. Will go out of my way to avoid

This is what they are serving as a cold cut combo. The store says that it is 3 different meats but I’m not convinced. It looks like straight up bologna. But the store said “I find it hard to believe we only put bologna on the sandwich.” Well I find it hard to believe I will visit your store again. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t because it was a online order. Do not recommend.

They don’t accept coupons or mobile orders and will cancel your mobile order if you do order that way to try to take advantage of rewards or coupons you have with your Subway account.

I wish I could give less than one star. This location doesn’t participate in national promotions, the staff was rude, and the sandwich they did make for us was just sad. I won’t be coming back.

I love any sandwich I get there they know me right off. I’m the Load it with Spinach Lady lol

They were stingy with salad and toppings compared to the other subways I have got the same salad from, it barely covered half my bowl. They didn’t have any containers for my dressing and only had fat free in the package. I will not be back here.
