Tessa is hands down one of the best baristas at this Starbucks. She is consistently kind, professional, and efficient, even when it’s busy. She remembers customers, has a great attitude, and my drinks are always made perfectly. She makes my days better every time I stop in.

A busy place in the mornings especially with on-line orders and drive thru. But that does not seem to diminish the speed and the quality of service inside. Very friendly staff prepared our order at the speed of the drive thru. The seating area has the mid-century look with a somewhat retro (and now popular) atmosphere.

25 minutes for a coffee because of terrible rush/process management. I’ve been to 10x more crowded Starbucks in Milan and other cities and still never waited 25 minutes for a beverage. Get it together.

The coffee is consistently horrible these days. It’s not even a crapshoot. It’s literally always too bitter, even with extra foam. Got an iced pumpkin cream cold brew, used to be addictive, but now how will I ever dissociate these sensory experiences?

I have never been able to find a sugar free drink that didn’t have coffee, until know, the worker helped me find an iced herbal tea, and I added strawberry and dragon fruit. It was so good!

I had to come back and give them another 1 star review after reading all the other 1 star reviews from other people that were also mistreated. I understand not wanting homeless people hanging around and using your bathroom but to deny someone access to water and the bathroom because I hadn’t purchased anything yet is offensive and appalling. Do better.
