Not only does it take forever to place and order but when receiving food; when there are only a few cars here. Sonic here has been trash from management to quality of food and cost since opening at this location. Then to show up and they’ve pulled one side of screens for those mobile ordering, in this small town that will never be fully used. When on the side with screens the speaker is barely functioning and screen doesn’t allow you to click pay options or tipping. Wondering how many more years of mismanagement it will take to close this location so something else decent can open.

This makes twice now that I have come to this establishment and the service has been unacceptable because they are way understaffed. It should not take 40+minutes to make a burger, a coney, and 2 md tots. 2 employees is not sufficient enough to run this establishment. I have sat and watched car after car pull the drive thru, but I have sat in a stall, ALONE, no other cars here and am expected to wait these ridiculous times. Whoever “manages” this place is a joke and should be replaced at the earliest opportunity.

I understand it’s a smash burger but someone must of been having a bad day. The pickle hat made it better. Hubby couldn’t eat it as it fell apart. I recommend therapy to the cook instead of taking it out on the poor burger.

don’t listen to The negative comments I who have lived here for over 24 years have seen this restaurant be good and bad but over the years, the food and the service and the people in the overall change has been fantastic. I give this restaurant a 10 out of 10 hands-down yeah the atmosphere I’m giving a four out of five, but however, it is a fantastic restaurant with the nicest workers I’ve ever seen and some of the hardest working employees I’ve ever seen so if you have not tried the spot go try it for yourself. You will not regret it

This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever eaten at and I’m a otr trucker who has been across the entire country. The fries in the picture provided were cold and stale, had probably been sitting out for at least an hour. On top of that the amount they put in a large size container could easily fit in a small. Ridiculous food quality especially since you’re paying small restaurant prices for fast food these days.

Ordered dinner here tonight. 25 minute wait. Asked for a melt without pickles and mayo, was loaded with both. Mayo all over bottom and top. Wrong bun, wrong drinks, unsweetened tea instead of a lemonade. I know they are short staffed but $43 and everything wrong is not acceptable. I’d like a refund.

I stopped at this Sonic on my way to a hike and parked near the restrooms. When the carhop brought my food, I asked if I needed a key for the restroom. She smiled and said, “Unfortunately, our restrooms aren’t available.”
This is absolutely ridiculous for a place that serves food and drinks. Customers should have access to a restroom, especially when dining on-site.
