Our whole family enjoyed our lunch at Big Jim’s. Kids menu had chicken, grilled cheese and sliders. Kids had chicken tenders and fries. We also ordered plain burger, the smash burger, and the Skinny Minnie. Everything came as ordered and service was very polite and helpful. Smash burger comes on Texas toast which we preferred a bun. The grilled chicken was actually very tasty with the skinny Minnie! We look forward to trying more!

Apparently each item you buy is taxed, plus you’re taxed again at the end of your ticket! At least that is what we were told when we went to check out when I asked why everything on our receipt was different than what was on the menu, cost wise. Make sure you check your tickets and don’t expect much.

Our waitress was great & the burgers were wonderful. I had the Hawaiian, the meat had great flavor & the bun was wonderful! Also had the sweet potato fries & they were very good. Nice clean, friendly place to eat. If it’s on your path I would highly recommend it!

Came in on Saturday 15th around 5:30. We ordered immediately and had to wait an hour and a half for our food. There was six of us. There was something wrong with everyone’s food. The food was too salty to even eat and it was cold and the batter on the fish, hush puppies and fried dill pickles tasted old. Our group will never grace the doors of this place again. To pay the prices we had to pay only to not be able to eat it is a crime. We weren’t even offered some type of refund.

Found this wonderful place headed to gulf shores. So glad we stopped. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The burgers are soooo delicious. I also got their spicy crackers. Bucees stopped selling then so I tried them out and wow they are my new favorite. Highly recommend this gem!!
