I was told by a friend to get to Double R Dogs. So glad I did. Went on a Monday and the line was out the door. Owner a great guy and we tried what feels like everything. The Brisket sandwich is amazing and the onion rings are the best i have ever had. Dont skip on the Mac! If i lived in Hampshire I would have stool in this place with my name on it!

We used to have to drive 30-40 minutes to get an authentic decent Chicago dog, now people are making that drive to come Hampshire! Nothing like driving 3 mins down the road for THE BEST Chicago dog around! Although it’s probably the simplest thing on their intricate BBQ menu, it’s my fav. I’ve tried many other items and they’re all just as good. It’s not just a hot dog joint, it’s a full on BBQ joint all BBQ’d in house.

Initially stopped in thinking we will grab a few hot dogs and fries but then we tried the Reuben panini sandwich and Italian beef and weren’t disappointed! Awesome food! It’s too bad the Reuben is only limited time for the holiday, but we’re happy we got a chance. The fresh cut fries were also some of the best. Portion size was excellent, we left feeling very satisfied.
The staff was friendly and quick service. I wish the best to this new restaurant.
Will definitely visit again when we’re in town. Looking forward to trying the BBQ pulled pork.

Oh my goodness!!! I ordered the double burger. It. Was. Huge! And juicy and tasty… Service It’s as awesome. I think everything was reasonably priced. I will go back. Chicken Sammy is next. BTW… I took one of the patties off cuz it was so big.

Went for lunch, saw great customer service and friendly staff and quick food service. Food was great we tried the burger, hot dogs, pulled pork, and chicken tenders. All items were good and fairly priced for the quality.
Restaurant was very clean with simple design. Nice to have a consistent local business to provide alternative food options.
Not a ding on the restaurant but noteworthy that parking is sometimes difficult to find and certain hours present lengthier lines.

Hooray for the new family-owned business in downtown Hampshire! A great looking storefront – love the decor. Friendly staff. The food was ready quickly. We enjoyed all of our order: fresh cut fries, hamburger, hot dogs, BBQ pork mac and cheese bowl, Italian beef with cheese and the southwest crispy chicken wrap. Yum. There is a handful of seating areas so if it’s a meal-rush time or if you have a larger group, consider ordering to-go. We look forward to coming here again. Great job, Double R Dogs

We just picked up lunch here, and it was delicious. My kids, who are incredibly picky eaters, said it was the best. They told me that they want it for dinner tonight and everyday My daughter got “the best” hotdog, my son got chicken tenders, and I got the Chicken Bacon Wrap. I have to give a special shoutout to the wrap as well. Sometimes with wraps the lettuce can be soggy, or doesn’t have that nice crunch to it. Double R’s wrap was absolutely perfect and I want to try all of them now
