Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I wish I knew the names of the two young ladies I spoke with but I want to make sure this restaurant knows how lucky they are to have them as employees. When I arrived at the drive thru I found out there was a small issue with my order, I still drove off with a smile on my face. Proof that awesome employees can give you an exceptional experience even when there’s a glitch. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you ladies!! Give them a pay raise!!

Not a bad chain pizzeria. They offer typical pizzas along with other things you would find at a pizzeria like subs, salads, wings, pasta, desserts, and more. Ordering online or via the app offers the best deals and this location is usually quick. The wings were bad but they definitely tasted like the frozen variety you get from a grocery store. I can’t comment on the pizza as I don’t eat it but they got my order wrong as I asked for sausage and not pepperoni.

I ordered online, when I got to the pickup window the young lady was very polite. She handed me all my sauces & drink first in a bag then went and got my food. When I got home, the food was still hot and delicious. This was my first time trying the honey bbq wings, they were sooo good! Entire experience was definitely a 10/10.

I asked for half pepperoni and half cheese they put pepperoni on damn near every slice of pizza. Literally if I picked up every slice it would’ve been a piece of pepperoni on it. It just irritate me that Crystal has to be there when my food get made everybody needs to work like Crystal get it together Domino’s Take your time and get this food done right. And also, if somebody order all cheese wash off the cutter and don’t use the cutter that you use for toppings on all cheese pizza cause then we taste the toppings from somebody’s previous top pizza that was cut!

Ordered 5 pizzas on 09/10 for delivery, received 3 incorrect pizzas. Employee and manager at the Alexander Drive location said that they couldn’t refund them, or exchange them, or give a credit for any future purchases. Have previously ordered from this location pretty regularly over the last year, but won’t be doing so anymore. I’d rather wait for another Dominos location to deliver before doing business at this store again. Also, was told that since I had actually bitten into the pizza that they couldn’t refund us – order was completely different than what we received.
If anyone from Dominos sees this, order # was 1176, placed a call about it at around 7:15pm. We also tipped pretty good as well. As a side note, I love that Dominos has a policy on their box that says “Our guarantee that we will make it right”. Yeah, just not at this location. I’m also about a 2 minute drive from there, not like it’s across town. Spent around $55 for this order, which I know isn’t huge, but it’s enough.
Was not offered anything other than “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” And then blamed it on the new delivery guy, which was a woman. I don’t post a lot of reviews, but the flippant attitude of the employee and by extension the manager was not customer service-worthy, and apparently nobody there feels up to owning a simple mistake, that could have been rectified by me just driving up there to get the new pizzas. I’d have brought the wrong ones up there with me.

Absolute worst service I’ve experienced anywhere, sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes with multiple people looking at me multiple times and not coming to the window, and I decide it’d be faster to just walk up to the pick up window, when I arrive at the window I’m met with 4 separate people looking at me multiple times still refusing to come to the window, my pizza had been done for 20 minutes and I had stood in the cold for 10, I said something through the window more than once, and eventually had my wife call up to the store and ask if they were going to give us our pizza because if they saw me call they wouldn’t answer, the “manager” answers the phone with attitude asking why I didn’t call myself instead of just giving us our pizza we paid for an hr ago, he opens the window gives me a lot of snide remarks, attempts to act like he can’t find my order, and finally when I recite my order and the location I knew I ordered at he magically found it and sent me on my way. An absolute joke and the entire crew that night needs to be replaced.

I don’t do negative reviews very often, but Crystal, the manager, at this Domino’s needs to learn how to speak to customers. I ordered several things Sunday afternoon, and after receiving a notification that it was done, we went through the drive thru pick up line. The worker at the window stated that they had to start all over and make the order again, and it would be an additional 30 minutes. We were a little irritated, but I do get things happen. We came back 30 minutes later, and thankfully, it was ready and the worker stated there will be a credit of two free pizzas tied to my phone number. Awesome, that works! I kept checking my account on the app, and still didn’t see it. I called that Domino’s and she was incredibly disrespectful. She stated there was no credit on my account, and they can’t just give away a free meal because I had to “wait a little longer”, and she was the only one that could do such a thing. She did put a 30% off my next order on my account at the end of the conversation, but I think we’ll be getting our pizza somewhere else from now on.

Horrible! I ordered a thin crust ham and pineapple, and there was just a big nasty burnt pepper on top. The crust wast BLACK and the toppings looked like they were dropped from a helicopter.

I’ve had trouble at this location multiple times. Today I got a half and half pizza, half meat, half veggies. I got a pizza with 3 vegetarian pieces, 5 meat. Being a vegetarian that meant i really got ripped off. Based on my VISITS I think management needs to be retrained or changes.
