The food is first rate in terms of quality, flavor and price. And the ladies running the place are nice (except one). The downside is that it’s inside an average gas station store. There are two tables w/chairs but your car for sure is an upgrade to the zero frills ambiance of the place. Think of it as an upgrade to an ‘indoors food truck’.LOL

Food was excellent. Tacos are $4. A bit pricey for the environment but they are a decent size and very tasty. Tamal was excellent, as was pupusa and the rice and beans. Beef tacos have a slight soy/teriyaki glaze but it makes them taste extra tasty. Lengua was excellent. Service was very nice and helpful and very friendly.

Who would have thought I would enjoy food from a gas station?! The workers at our house were eating some papusas and they told me they got it from here. I’ve lived here so long and never knew it was just right here at my local gas station! Food was excellent. Like homemade food. They need to put an ad there so people would know about it. Friendly ladies! Oh and it’s not Mexican. It’s Salvadoran food.

I just ate here and while the food was good the attitude and entitlement of the workers was poor.
I left s $10 tip out-of a $70 bill for 4 people and I noticed on my bill there was a $4 charge. I asked about it and was told they charge everyone $1 fee to sit at the table. She said she asked beforehand if we were eating in kr rake out but never mentioned a fee and there’s no sign. She just said ” We charge Everyone” the fee. So instead of apologizing and refunding the fee they both gave an “I don’t care” attitude about it even after we explained you can’t add a fee out of the air and what restaurant charges to sit? If they told me I wouldn’t had made a issue otherwise we would have taken it home but no I’m Sorry, nothing and I definitely wouldn’t have tipped $10 if I new theres an additional $4 . I told her fix it or I’ll just dispute it. They refunded my tip but refused to refund the fee. SO I hope they are happy with the $4 they made because they lost a bunch of customers in my family. This is my 1st time here, and I would have been back otherwise. That’s not good business sense. No one likes hidden fees on principle!
