I was excited to go to Dunkin today, as it was the grand opening. I expect better quality, and then they served me some crap you would get at Macdonald. This is not acceptable. Considering they had plenty of time to prevent that. Burnt hasbrowns, and they shorted me some in the bag. Sandwich was sloppy made and hanging off the bread, the dounuts were not as fresh l, like they sat for a day. And the frosting was real sloppy. Very disappointed. In the new Otsego location. Do better next time.

Previously had multiple terrible experiences at this Dunkin location. Today I went through the drive through and talked to 2 (I’m assuming new) workers who I hadn’t seen before. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left the two employees working there were so sweet, helpful, and overall amazing people. (Dakota and McKenzie) they absolutely deserve the acknowledgement for turning this location around and hopefully it continues going up from there!

Every single time i order a latte from here it is TERRRIBLE. I’ve gotten the same feedback from other people in my family who’ve visited this dunkin, also the younger girls that are in there always seem to have an additude and treat me like an inconvenience for ordering while theyre busy having a conversation. The breakfast sandwhiches are another thing that had always let me down at this location as well. I really enjoy dunkin and this establishment is doing a extremely poor job representing the company. Hopefully we’ll see improvements soon though.

Used the app. Ordered a sandwich and coffee. Coffee is hot and tastes pretty fresh, so happy with that. Got the sandwich. Let it sit for a few minutes as I drove away and then I opened the box. Big mistake. Went to grab my sandwich and found I only had 1 piece of toasted sourdough—my sandwich was not a sandwich. How does one forget the 2nd slice of toast when making a sandwich? I figure I got about $3.95 of my $5.29 sandwich.

This is my first one star review…this is the worst DD. I keep trying because its close but the coffee is watered down, the waits are long, the munchkins with jelly are basically empty. I did have a question about coupons they gave me because of a crazy long wait but when I came back one time they said they could not use it on the drink I ordered. The next time I tried they said it was expired. I left multiple messages with managers and nobody called me back. Just not good in any way.

March 2025: I walked into the building on a Thursday morning around 10:15am and got 4 dozen of assorted donuts- St. Patrick’s Day themed ones, pink frosted, and other various sprinkle-covered ones. They were all fresh, staff were friendly, and I was greeted upon arrival. I have no complaints about this location. Happy to have a Dunkin’ in Otsego!

I love Dunkin’ but this place is terrible and I’m going to continue to give 1 star reviews until someone acknowledges they need better training . I got another wrong order today. Ordered bacon avocado toast and received no bacon again , also ordered a Hot caramel latte and it was hardly lukewarm . Do better!

Although there are many tasty options, they seem to really struggle with their food orders. Orders with food are vastly delayed, which makes the drive-thru sloowwwww. I would recommend the pistachio iced coffee, and butter pecan iced coffee. Holy yummm. A large size iced coffee is also pretty affordable at just under $4!
