Our tour bus stopped here today at noon and there was only 1 young lady working. She did an excellent job with great service. If every business could find workers like her!! She deserves a bonus for her work with our group. She deserves more than 5 stars for service. The food was also very good.

A couple weeks ago I ordered on the app an hour in advance and when I got there it wasn’t done and the guy behind the counter was on his phone. Went back there again today after ordering on the app and again, it wasn’t done and I had to wait 20 minutes for him to make it. I visited this subway today and the service was phenomenal. I called and needed a platter of subs in a short period of time every other places that I called were very rude and did not want to help me. Kirsten answer the phone took my order and had it ready before I needed it. Kiersten and Vonnie took very good care of me and when I’m in this area I will definitely be back.Customer service is hard to come by this day and age that was very pleasant and refreshing to witness and be part of.

We went to Subway last night for dinner, had a very bad experience. They had someone that was transferred over to that store and he could not speak English, so he had a very hard time understanding anything that we were telling him could not find any of the items to put on our sandwich,without us showing him! Mean while the manager is standing in the back on the telephone, you could hear her laughing the whole time we were there . My husband was very aggravated.Instead of having him out there on the floor by himself, the manager should have been there beside him helping him to learn how to make these sandwiches. They also left out items that were suppose to be on the sandwich. All in all a very bad experience!! ☹️

How can a national franchise, who’s owner basically owns all the local Subway’s not accept coupons? Since he’s taken over, all of the franchises he owns have gone down hill as far as quality goes. It’s just bad. I see why it’s always empty after 4:00pm. I used to frequent this Subway often. I won’t anyone.

Looks poorly managed. I hear the manager Harasses his employees. Also the employees are slow and have no motivation. Every time I go, I see food on the floor. The food doesn’t taste fresh. I once had a good sub here but lately I feel like this place has gone down. I do not recommend, I rather go to McDonald’s.
