I’m a very loyal customer here because this Panera consistently delivers. The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is perfectly laid-back, and everything is exceptionally clean. It’s my reliable spot for a quality meal.

I highly recommend their comfort classics: the Tomato Soup and Mac & Cheese, plus the fresh, satisfying Chicken Fiesta Sandwich. A truly great dining experience every time!

Delicious healthy eats, on the quick fast casual tip!

I always enjoy coming here. The food is made to order and always freshly prepared. The customer services at this location is great too.

Like most of the Panera bread locations, this one is perfect for a quick lunch or casual place for telework. I have been here in both cases for lunch pickups and telework….and it serves both purpose well. There is plenty of seating and the entire space is completely wired with Wi-Fi and electrical outlets for all your telework needs. There is also a drive-thru and pick-up station available which comes in handy when in a rush. Not to mention, the mobile ordering and app is a life saver….when making a quick run for healthy food options in between meetings or heading into work. Another pet peeve….SUPER CLEAN BATHROOMS here!! It says a lot about a restaurant. lol.

From the coffee selection, to the fresh bakery-dessert items, in-house baked breads and full menu of healthy eats….including sandwiches, smoothies, salads & soups….you can’t go wrong with Panera Bread.

Today I tried the new Italian steak and Mas sandwich and chicken noodle soup. Both were perfect. Steak sandwich, who’s was outstanding. It was filled with juicy, tender seasoned steak, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, arugula, and an interesting aioli sauce that made the sandwich top notch. All this one a delicious, fresh ciabatta bread….there was nothing more to ask for! The sandwich is here for a limited time and a must try.

Nothing but great things to say about this location. It’s super clean, bright and haven’t had a bad meal yet. The customer service is on point too.

Definitely a thumbs up in my book and glad to have this location in the neighborhood.

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle and a cup of macaroni. The soup was okay but the macaroni was HORRIBLE! It was overcooked or reheated, mushy and tasted old. I am going to to email the store directly. Come on, you can’t serve customer’s old food! The cashier in the drive was nice but it takes more than that for customers to return.

Came here this morning the people are nice. I ordered a cup of coffee and a sandwich, they must have changed the dark coffee recipe because the coffee taste like water when I asked for more the quy changed it however the second batch taste the same. I then asked for hazelnut and was told there was no more. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they don’t have anymore but they can brew some. Come on now ‍♀️So they wasn’t going to brew any

I have been an avid panera bread customer since I walked in to the Fair Lakes, VA location in highschool. I am now 42. This location has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will no longer give this company my money. The only consistency in this location is my orders being incomplete, incorrect, or the quality is absolutely terrible. The only item that kept me coming back is the broccoli and cheddar soup with the sourdough breadbowl, which is terrible to say since they dont even prepare the soup themselves and even most of the time, their breadbowl is stale. I had succumbed to just ordering online so that I wouldnt have to deal with the incompetent staff, can actually open my bag and check my order, and knew that if there was an issue with an order, it would be my fault because I probably ordered it wrong. NOPE! After multiple issues that I swept under the rug, this time, when I ordered online, I came to pick up my order, they did not have an item that I had ordered. When I went up to the counter to ask for item (as I usually do because there’s always something missing) they tell me they’re sold out. They were really about to have me walk away with an item I paid for knowing that it wasn’t in the order. When I asked for a manager, I had to speak to 2 different employees attempting with no success to give me a refund before having to demand to speak with a manager. 5 minutes later, the manager with purple hair comes out. I tell her my grievances and she says “things are missing even if you do drive thru?” GIRL, the reason I had to start doing online orders and picking it up in the store is because when I did do drive thru, I would drive away before realizing I was missing orders. This location is completely incompetent and it’s a shame because it’s a new location and the only location in this area. Time to find a new place to go to religiously.

A nice sunny spot for a cup of coffee, with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. This is the cleanest Panera I have ever been to! 10/10 would recommend 🙂 I got my go-to, a dine in Mocha Latte (limited time) and sliced and toasted whole grain bagel flat with butter. They provide free water, too. Several people studying here, nice environment with coffee shops sounds but not too much distraction to work.

I LOVE,LOVE LOVE our Panera!!!!! I wanted one to come to my area and IT DID!!!! I find everything about it great!! Except maybe the drive thru. But, maybe that was the best they could do with the space given. But, that has nothing to do with the service and wonderful atmosphere you will find at MY PANERA in Ft. Washington. Salads and sandwiches are THE BEST!!!!

Update: I have not been back since the foolishness transpired, nor have I heard from corporate or this particular establishment. Very disappointed in their service for a much as they charge.

Now, it’s rare I give a restaurant a low score. However, the service at this location leaves a TON to be desired. I rarely go in. Regardless, I pulled up, they took my order. There was one car in front of me. The driver in front of me was sitting there blowing her horn incessantly. I’m getting mad at this driver for being rude. I worked food service in high school IN THE DRIVE-THRU (BKU in the house!). Anyway, she finally got half of what she needed and eventually drove off. I pull up to the window and proceeded to sit there and sit there…you know where I’m going. Finally, I look at the clock, then at the time I placed the order (texted my hubby after placing my order. I had been sitting there for 20 MINUTES! I toot my horn to get the girl’s attention. She opens the window with the personality of someone who should be in the back making sandwiches, and I ask, “Where is my food? “, mildly irritated at this point. I can see at least for people in the front looking up at the order monitor (including the manager) and walking back and forth like those Roombas before the feature was added to get them to avoid stationary objects. So it’s been about another 5 minutes. I lay on the horn, angry at this point. She opens the window. I say, “You guys need to stop taking orders until you catch up”. She told her neck and says, “You just need to calm down”. “Calm down! I’ve already been sitting here for over 20 minutes” (in total about a 35 min visit). Again, she says “Just calm down”. She closes the window and then comes back and shoving my bag at me, which I snatch from her. I check it, because now I don’t trust you. No cream cheese…I blow my horn again, she ignores me. I keep blowing until she comes back. She opens the window, “I don’t have the cream cheese I ordered”. She gets it and literally throws it at me, hitting me in the chest. YES, she threw it out the window. Now I’m pissed because not only did she throw it, but it’s not even the one I ordered. When you pay the same amount for a little pod and the bagel, you expect to receive the pod. I blow the horn, she ignores me. I keep blowing eventually laying on the horn. An older gentleman opens the window. I tell him she the the cream cheese at me without him acknowledging what I said or apologizing for Julisa’s (the girl) behavior, he pleasantly takes the cream cheese and returns with the correct one. I tell him, “Tell that girl, the next time she wants to have an attitude, she needs to be in the right.” Just ridiculous… then I send an email to corporate, receiving a reply with a survey. I complete the survey, leaving out the commentary. I STILL have yet to hear from anyone. REALLY, Panera?!!!

Take 10 minutes for a simple order of a vanilla latte, cleared their drive-thru like three times. Incredibly slow would have done better to get out my car go to the giant go to the Starbucks energize and get back in my car I probably would have been on my way. Was early enough to get coffee ended up 10 minutes behind waiting on them
