I love charley’s never had a bad experience. Tonight however I think they maybe mis bagged my order I ordered mango habanero and this is what what i received .. not what i was looking forward too.

It’s new, clean and employees are very friendly and there is a drive thru. My first time trying Charley’s and I am impressed! The food is fresh, for example you can see the guy preparing the tomatoes and lettuce in the back. I got the cookies and cream shake and 10 wings. But my biggest surprise was their amazing fries even if it was plain it was delicious and I eat it without catchup No sauce. Thick but soft and melt in your mouth. Great food and price is fair. Will come back for sure.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed at 11:30 AM for a 2:00 PM delivery. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive until 2:15 PM.
When I called to check on the issue, I spoke with a young woman who identified herself as the manager. Instead of acknowledging the delay or offering an apology, she gave several excuses, including claiming that she called out the name “Lorenzo.” My name , not Lorenzo. This shows a lack of care and attention to detail.
I also spoke with another manager, and neither of them offered a sincere apology. Instead, they continued trying to justify the situation rather than simply recognizing the mistake and addressing it appropriately. As a paying customer, this was disappointing and frustrating.
Your team should understand that guests are what make your business successful. A simple approach of Believe, Listen, Apologize, Solve, and Thank can go a long way in creating positive customer experiences. Every negative situation can be a learning opportunity, but only if taken seriously.
I hope you take this feedback constructively and ensure your staff is trained to handle such situations more professionally in the future.

I never write food reviews, no matter how good or bad an order is, but this one really earned it. I ordered this Philly cheesesteak through Uber Eats, and it was hands down the worst “Philly” I’ve ever had. It had almost no meat and zero resemblance to the real thing. Consider this a warning to anyone actually looking for a legit cheesesteak — this isn’t it.

You guys are great! The food portion, on the other hand, looks like you’re short in inventory. Charlie’s is one of my favorite food spots. I ate it so much while I was pregnant with my son during lunch at the mall. He even loves it now. He’s 14 years old now. I like coming to this spot because of the drive-thru, but come on! The food (fries) portion?! I paid $14 for one meal. I left feeling betrayed. You guys have done this in the past with my subs. It looks like I will have order my subs or wings only going forward.
