I went to the watervliet location tonight (2/4) I waited at the speaker for a min so I decided to turn my stop watch on, on my phone From the time I spoke into the drive through speaker to handing me my food it was 15min. There were only 2 cars in the whole lot besides myself.
When I got my food I ordered a coke zero and it was so watered down I couldn’t drink it. My burger was warm but not hot and my fries were cold.
I do not recommend going to this location.

We stopped at the Wendy’s on our way home from Green Bay. The mobile ordering kiosk went very smoothly. The wait for the order was completely fast (which was good). The hamburger tasted delicious. The nuggets were good. The Dr Pepper was pretty good. The employees were very nice.
One issue here at this location is the toilet does not flush and they were out of soap.
I will still visit this place again if I ever visit the Illinois area in the future.

The new normal at Wendy’s is order your food (2-10 piece chicken nuggets, 1-6 piece chicken nuggets, regular fry, drink, jr bacon cheese burgar and baconator fries), wait a really long time and get some of the right order, possibly part of someone else’s order or your order with a twist. Tonight we got our order with a twist. Instead of the baconator fries we ordered we received chili cheese fries but after waiting 23 minutes and having people served that came in after us, the mistake was lost on us and we were trying to get to the High School Football game in town to see our daughter in the halftime show.

Hang up on you if you have serious questions. Of all Wendy’s locations, this one has the most ill tempered staff. Very disappointed with my recent experience. Do not recommend.

The absolute worst wendys I’ve ever been to, we’ve given them multiple trys( maybe they were busy, or they were just opening etc) but after 4-5 times going. Nothing is stocked, no drink carriers, no sauce, missing half the kids meal items, literally had NO CHANGE, so they couldn’t even give me back my change for what I had purchased. 2 people behind me waiting for 10 mins and not once did an employee come up to ask if they had been helped. Wont be returning

I stopped to get something to eat for my husband and I.
Our food was correct, but the fries were old and some of them were hard.. it was like they refried old fries.
My chicken nuggets were barely warm and definitely old too…
We got a strawberry lemonade and sweet tea for drinks the lemonade was great but the sweet tea was so light in color and tasted disgusting… almost like it was old or moldy tea.
I also received wrong sauces but they were correct on the screen, and had no straws for the drinks.
The service wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t the worst.
This Wendy’s is horrible and shouldn’t have even opened to begin with. Nothing is ever good…

Waited 20+ minutes in the sweltering hot lobby. Got one meal, which had the wrong sandwich. Didn’t wait for the other meal, drink, or Frosty before asking for a refund. I wasn’t willing to die of heat stroke to have the wrong food an hour later.
Meanwhile, the drive through was moving right along while people where obviously waiting in the lobby, not being asked what they were waiting for.
Awful service. Pretty sure it’s illegally hot in there.
And the bathroom floors where flooded.

How are you going to let me pay for a Baconator then give me a cheese burger? Not off to a very good start you should be telling people that you don’t have Bacon instead of letting people pay for it only to be disappointed. Pretty sad so far I want my money back a single cheese burger isn’t worth $12.99!! ♂️ corporate is already getting a call.
