Delightful lunch experience! Food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Our server was very attentive and when we needed something and there was a different server around, they dint hesitated and stopped and helped.
Restaurant is located in a renovated old building with a museum in the second floor. They place is gorgeous and gets great sunlight from the open roof over the dining area.

We ordered the aged ham and cheese platters (need to come above again to eat more), oxtail croquette, fig & arugula, chicken adobo, and a pasta dish. Each item tested different and not like some restaurants where everything tastes similar.
They serve homemade bread rolls, olive oil, and two types of sauce while you wait for your meal.
There were local people dining all around us. So it’s a place both enjoyed by tourists and local. Highly recommend.

We had lunch here while visiting Puebla and really enjoyed the experience.
The restaurant is set in a beautiful historic courtyard, and when we were there, someone was playing the piano, which created a very calm and elegant atmosphere.
Service was good, and the menu offers a nice mix of Western dishes and traditional Mexican food, so it’s a great option if you’re traveling with different tastes. The setting itself is worth the visit — relaxing, charming, and very Puebla-style.
Highly recommended for a pleasant lunch in the historic center.

This place definitely seems to attract tourists; all three tables around us, plus a large birthday group, were visitors like us. That usually makes me lower my expectations a bit if I am looking for traditional cuisine. But, everything turned out great. The food, drinks, and service were excellent.

I had the Pipián Verde with pork, and it was one of the best I’ve had in Puebla. Our waiter was attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. It ended up being a really nice dinner with friends.

I had the duo poblano, first time tasting mole poblano and it was great. The chicken breast was not dry and was falling apart. I also appreciate they served it to me from lunch menu despite still doing breakfast menu. The naranjada on the other hand was a let down it was just sweet artificial liquid with minimum orange in it.

It’s an above average restaurant with a lot of the traditional Mexican dishes you find around the city. Diners can enjoy the museum upstairs also, which is kind of cool.

Beautiful old restaurant with excellent mole poblano. We were brought here by family who live in Puebla. It’s a beautiful old building with an interesting little museum on the second floor. The food was copious and delicious ($200-300 pesos per entrée).
