They took our order and it got assembled correctly! We went through the drive thru Tuesday Jan 9 at 4:41pm. BrookeF was our cashier. She did a great job! Thanks to the cooks that made our order. No complaints. My child prefers no vegetables. I take ‘em the way they come because I’ve been a line cook in my teenage hood. I only lasted 3 months Special request orders killed me.

Surprisingly good location super responsive customer service. The root beer floats are the best. The chicken was well put together the restaurant was clean. They get a high five for this visit, particularly compared to other KFC A&W restaurants I’ve visited.

I’ve never had to complain about a burger but this was the worst. Burger was cold. Not even room temperature, actually cold to the touch.
Also ordered some chicken strips with kfc sauce and one of the packets were open slightly and visible crust of dried sauce around the edge. That’s unsanitary and could have gotten my family sick. Threw away half the meal. Do better.

I ordered two root beer floats but they simply forgot to make them. Then they agree to fill the order but we’re nasty to me when I checked to see if they were ready. They didn’t wipe the tables when I was there even though there were several dirty tables. Someone did walk around and push the chairs in though.

This is the other half of KFC. It’s a nice inside. But the food was terrible. I ordered a A6. Which was the cheese burger onion rings and a drink. The bun was wet and mushy on a fourth of the cheeseburger. So disappointed. This was a cherished memories to come here with my family when I was young. Anyway I hope yours isn’t like that. Wish u good fortune in your future travels. On a good note. The onion rings were excellent.
