I stopped in the morning on my way to work and ordered the number 1 breakfast sandwich combo with no cheese but when I got to work I found out the sandwich had cheese in it. This was the 2nd I had this problem. I should’ve checked but didn’t. I don’t like cheese (yea yea I know I’m weird for not liking cheese). So I called the store and spoked with Manager Eloisa and she remembered me. She was so nice and understood my situation. She told me to show up next morning and that she would take care of it. She did…. Complimentary breakfast and an apology was more than enough for me. Will keep stopping here from now on. Wish there were more managers like Eloisa at fast food restaurants.
