This was an absolutely pleasant bar to go to, the staff was exceptionally friendly and amazing. I got a drink from a friend and ended up asking if they could make me a custom drink I really enjoyed. They approved it and made it perfectly and the cost was reasonable as well. All in all a lovely bar for a drink.
The food took some time but I ended up getting their specialty burger during FWA and it took them some time roughly 10 to 20 minutes, understandable as it was considerably busier than usual. I ordered my custom drink again through a notepad as I ended up being too socially anxious to talk during that time and they messed it up, understandable considering it wasn’t on the typical list, they replaced my drink and let me keep the messed up drunk as well to pour into the new one which worked perfectly. The food tasted great and was quite filling though the fries felt like a little bit of a let down in how much you got. The fries were seasoned with a good amount of seasoning and didn’t encounter fries missing any seasoning.

Honestly felt like I was in an episode of Bar Rescue. Sadly John Taffer didn’t appear.
If you’re coming in sober getting a drink sucks when it’s busy with conferences pre drinking then hanging out for there next few drinks…
More staff walking in circles telling you we’ll be right with you than actually helping customers. Cross train or make changes to your operation.
Took 15 min before we moved to the bar, only was helped once the hour we were there. Ordered room service while I waited food seems good. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes to make an old fashion and shouldn’t take as long to make multiple old fashions.

Food was mediocre, the “medium rare” was mooing, the drink had to be asked for twice, the server didn’t know what I meant when I asked how big the burger was. I asked if it’s a quarter or half pound burger, she said, “you mean like McDonald’s? It’s just a normal hand held burger.” It was in fact a $20 quarter pounder. Also no napkins or silverware at the table. Food tasted ok, fries were oversalted to hell. Truly deserving of 1 star.

We were pleasantly surprised by tasty food at decent prices at the hotel lobby of Hyatt. The food was fresh and tasty. We had good service. Definitely a good option when staying at the Hotel.

Making the first post about the Spiderman burger for Dragon Con 2022. I’ll start by saying it’s definitely good and interesting to see and a fun event starter. The bun is a little more dense than a regular bun and it doesn’t taste quite like bread probably from all the red Dye but still great. The cheese does have a very pronounced flavor take over though. I also have the taste buds of a child so I had to add a dab of ketchup but overall we enjoyed it. Definitely recommend.

Complained about a burned,hard,old burger and they gave me another cold, hard, old “Burnie Mac” @$$ burger. Queso had a hummus consistency . Everybody acted like they couldn’t get a hold of the manger so I will be disputing the charges Thank you !

The buffalo wings were good, but the pizza was an abomination. Unless, of course, you are interested in a sauceless over-cheesed flip flop of a pizza whose cheese resembles American cheese with a bit of provolone mixed in. Service was amazing.
