My kids earned a free pizza voucher from school, and were excited to try this place. My son wanted to add mushrooms to his pizza but was told he could only get cheese OR pepperoni. Even though Mod Pizza states topping are unlimited, I offered to pay for him to get mushrooms and was told they couldn’t do it. This was so petty, and kind of dampened their special treat. The pizza itself was just ok. Nothing special. No surprise this place was completely empty without a single customer on a Friday night.

Always love this place. Service can be slow when it comes to getting the pizzas set up and ready to go into the oven, but they always make sure you get your order the way you want it. Otherwise, everything else is great! Everyone is very friendly and makes sure you have the best experience possible. We have been here and will continue to make visits. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Ordered delivery from instacart. Driver said he picked up order and told them there should be 4 items and one was missing but was assured several times everything was there. He showed up missing one of our pizzas. I called the restaurant and was told “we tried to chase him down but couldn’t find him”. She also stated it was “ordered through a third party and I just got here, it was the shift before”. Just excuse after excuse. Then told me it would take “several days“ to get my refund. Now I have to order something else for my son to eat while the rest of the family is eating. Do better!!! You knew there should’ve been four items and it should’ve been accounted for before he left.

All thier pizzas are very recommended . The Modd size is good for one person fairly hungry . You can build your pizza with ingredients of your preference and get it fresh out of the oven.

Stopped by for both days of the soft opening and the pizza was great! The staff was on point and very friendly. Even though there was a bit of a line, it went quicker than expected for just opening.
I know my husband and I will be back for sure!
My only recommendation would be to label all of the options so that people don’t have to ask what each topping was.

The pizza was good however two of them were burnt so we had to pick of the bottom edges. It also felt like a complete rush through the line when nothing is labeled and your trying to figure out your choices. Would we be back? Definitely, just hope they make some updates in cooking consistency and labels. The prices are awesome and many toppings to choose from. We also tried the no name cakes which were delicious.

I got a garlic bread and a jalapeño and pepperoni pizza. The garlic bread was especially delicious, and the flavors were nice and savory. The crust for the pepperoni pizza was nice and crisp, and it wasn’t oily which was great. The service was also nice as well, which is not what you get at every pizza place. I will be coming here again.
