Food is exceptional for being so fast. But what really made me sit and write a review today was the service. Ivory made my burrito and she was really sweet, funny and hospitable. Cherry on top of an already good morning. If she is not a manager there, she should be! +1 for ivory!

At 11:40am on Sunday August 17th. I had an employee Erwin greet myself and my partner at chipotle. Upon arrival all the other staff, including what I assume to be a prep cook/manager refused to greet me or my partner and was calling for another staff member to attend to the line. Erwin was very positive and communicative however as the food was being placed in our bowl the overweight man standing in the back (prep cook/manager) kept yelling at him in front of all the customers, including the Rochester Police Department who had come into the store a few minutes after us. Everyone waiting in the line continued to awkwardly watch the prep cook and Erwin, as the man continued to talk to Erwin negatively in front of everyone which is very hard to watch as Erwin was listening to our instructions and needs for our food, the other employee continuously kept giving him attitude, distracting his focus on customers and saying comments under his breath about the staff member Erwin. I find this behavior really unacceptable and unprofessional, showing a poor reflection of how the upper management treats those at the front of the house. Erwin is the only reason my experience was positive, however the team in the back needs to fix their attitude to avoid future problems moving forward as it could escalate within the near future.

This place was out of RICE two visits in a row. Slowest moving line on the planet. Barbacoa was a huge chunk of fat. Chips had more salt than tortilla. Literally the worst run Chipotle in the world. It’s impossible to be this bad.

I love chipotle but this location is the worst I’ve ever been to in my life. Do not come here. First time I got skimped of everything my bowl was all rice. Second time here the rice was overcooked at mushy and my chicken was not chicken I don’t even know what it was. Third time I was waiting in the pick up line for 35 min and was told there was more orders ahead of mine when it was supposed to be done at the time I had arrived. I’m so fed up with this location and never coming back. It is the messiest place I’ve ever seen. Extremely pissed off I don’t know why I try to come back.

I’m not sure how I am the only one who noticed this or if everyone else chose to ignore but the guy with the big knife cutting steak was nodding off and nearly falling on his own knife several times while I waited in line to order a burrito. There he goes again doing it while I write this review at my table eating my rice -less burrito

This was by far the worst chipotle experience l’ve ever had. None of the employees knew what was going on. Placed a mobile order and proceeded to wait (amongst 10 others waiting for overdue orders) inside for 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be done watching 7 staff members struggle to keep up with exclusively drive through and mobile pick ups with no one ordering in store. After asking a few times to check on my order it was finally checked on and made. Everyone else waiting had to go back through the regular line and reorder their food that was also a mobile order waiting 30+ minutes. Once I got my food this is the meat I got (see pic, it is supposed to barbacoa, figured it was unidentifiable and I would need to clarify). Paid for the meat and got none of it in my bowl since it all sat to the side of my bowl in a fatty inedible hunk. Ate a few bites of the vegetarian bowl essentially that I did not order. Will never return here and sad that they just opened cause they are already atrocious.

This Chipotle is in a great spot, but what is even the point of it? Every time you go, they’re out of so many products/ingredients, and you’re lucky if there’s more than one person working the line. The crew staff is friendly, and they do their best. I blame the higher ups though for incredibly poor management.

You can tell the manager working the night- Allie works hard and cares. She was constantly running around. Felt bad that it didn’t seem like the staff were listening/ not keeping up with the demands of the store.

If you’re looking for the authentic post-apocalyptic Chipotle experience, this is the place. The floor looks like a salsa crime scene, the tables are stickier than a toddler’s iPad, and they’re always “out” of half the toppings.
When I asked for chips, they told me they only had chips for online customers. So apparently DoorDash gets guac and I get humbled. If you enjoy disappointment with a side of rice, you’ll love it here.
