Insanely good. I’ve had a lot of zaxbys, and I gotta say… this was the best I’ve ever had. I got a buff plate rolled in tongue torch, and the chicken was SO MOIST and absolutely amazing. I also got 10 traditional lemon and pepper, and they were the best in town. The restaurant is so clean, AND THEY DONT HAVE THE STUPID FREESTYLE MACHINE THANK THE LORD.

Ordered online. Went to the drive thru and gave the name for my order. My friend was in front of me in the drive thru and ordered at the speaker. He was able to wait in line, but I was instructed to park and wait. The order that was placed in line, 10 minutes after my order was placed on the app, got their order as soon as they reached the window. I continued to wait in the parking spot as instructed, and ended up getting my food 10 minutes after he left with his food. I ordered my food 15 minutes before he did. It makes no sense. The employees automatically tell you an order will take longer if you ORDERED IT AHEAD. What?!?!?!

My wife and I waited inside for at least 15min.Before anyone even acknowledged us.Plus we were the only two that was inside placing a order. I can honestly say that was the longest I have ever waited to place a order. I highly suggest not to come here if you are in a hurry.

Zaxby’s here is the absolute worse. Food warm, cheese never melted on loaded fries, fries overly seasoned, always a long wait, food tossed in boxes any kind of way, and takes forever to place a order at drive through. Shameful, I have to drive to Columbia Road, for a decent meal from Zaxby. They need new management and too many kids working with little to no care.

This location is very slow. You will sit in the drive through for a good minute before anyone takes your order. They don’t say one moment nothing just silence sometimes you might have to pull up to the window just to order.

I had hoped I was allowed to post the picture of the end product packed by whoever thought it was efficient.
I am more curious as to how a meal is named BIG zax snack but the tenders are more suited for a kids meals. They literally looked like they were on ozempic. The 4 PC wasn’t any better but was decent with double fries.
Drive thru service was cool but other than that $30+ dollars on two meals that resemble kid meals was a waste of gas, time, and energy.

Made us pull forward when we were the only ones at the drive through and waited extensively for two meals and then they gave us the oldest fries and chicken I’ve ever had. I’m totally fine with waiting for fresh food.
