Parking can be tight but we found a spot!

Service was pretty good and they were very attentive (I wonder if it helped that my friend spoke canto).

I haven’t had the food in awhile here (i mostly only come for desserts) but i was pleasantly surprised! It was delicious!!

We got a seawood ground pork with egg rice dish, lettuce wraps (good but messy), and garlic fried chicken wings.

And finally, got the mango tapioca drink (my favorite) :0)

Ordered delivery via Doordash.

The Hakka braised pork belly tastes good. The pork belly fat is tasty. Meat is tasty.

And… utensils were provided!!! A big plus. The other $$$ restaurant I ordered food recently did not bother to include utensils.

Good desserts and drinks place. Fast, friendly service. Heard their mango sago drink is great. Personally tried the coconut mango rolls, super satisfying with a juicy burst of mango! Would definitely go back.

Located in the same plaza of bonchon and Paris baguette. I always come here to get my desserts! The ladies are always so nice and welcoming. Flavors never missed. Never skimping on the durian too .

I am a regular customer of this location. Some staffs work long know me well.
I like the food. The place is clean.
Most staffs are friendly except some new staffs who are not knowledgeable.

This message is mainly for the e-card business.

Not all staffs are familiar with the operation of the e-card.
So I am unable to use an e-card to pay for an order and I am unable to increase the balance to an existing e-card when this staff doesn’t know how to do it. It has happened to me a few times that I was told to use e-card when someone knows how to handle it. Also, I was told that e-card is unpopular, so she doesn’t know how to process it.

I don’t have any problem using e-cards in other stores.

When they don’t know the work, they are not friendly. They are good at lying to provide wrong information to make an excuse. They can be very rude, they don’t apologize. The customer service can be so nasty.

It has happened to me that:
1) I asked for a popular item, the staff said: ” I know
nothing about it.”
She is one of those who is unfamiliar with the e-card business. I cannot use e-card every time
when she is on duty.

2) As I was suggested by a staff who knows me well to add more money to my existing e-cards, 10% off for each $100 increase, she is familiar with the e-card business, but I don’t know her schedule, I
am unable to have her to do this for me so far.

On 3/17/2025 around 2 PM, I encountered
another staff (Yin) who is even worse that the
other one.
She told me that existing e-card is not allowed to
increase the balance. I have to purchase a new e-
card if needed.
I told her what her colleague had told me. She
asked me to come back when she is here. Am I
suppose to find it out by calling the store
everyday?
It sounded so ridiculous! How come they are so
unknowledgeable! They should have been trained
to know the business. I was upset. I said: “Crazy!”
She then called the office to find out that existing e-
card is allowed to increase the balance.
I wanted to add a few hundred dollars. She said
that I can only add $100. I said: “That’s not true!”
She started getting super rude. She said: “You
insulted me by saying “Crazy”. I don’t have to do
business with you. All our conversations are
recorded by the camera.” She banged her hand
on the counter, put my e-card down on it.
She started with poor manner to upset me. She
owes me an apology.
I’ve filed a complaint to the company. I hope that
the company will really look into this issue by
replaying the recording. It is been a hassle of using
e-card in this restaurant. I am so fed up with it.
Why did I have to be treated so badly because of
your unqualified staff?
==========================
I was told by a couple of other staffs that the company never train them on the e-card operation. It is a self-learning process.
It sounds like that the company is not encouraging customers to use the e-card service.

Phoenix is known for their “hand shredded” chicken dish, one of our family’s favorite. A must-order every time, usually take-out. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Would give them 0/5 if this option is available.

Decided to purchase dessert after the lunch at Taipei Bistro. I initially wanted to eat it when I got home. But, I said to myself why not give a try at store. “I will clean the table by myself”.

Then, I asked them with soft tone saying that “can I eat here?” Younger woman gave me a bitter smile, turned her head around and being silent. Meanwhile, the elder woman was mad at me roaring”Just let me know if you want to eat here next time!!!!! I can bring the dessert over to your table!!!” Me: ………!!!!!?????……….

Come on, you can directly ask me for tips and I do not mind to give you some pennies.

I will never come to this place again and suggest other folks not coming because I do not think their horrible service deserves our hard working money.

Worst place I have ever been.

It’s a chinese chain but this location has delicious malaysian food!

Good service. She recommended their lasi lemak: beef rendang, coconut rice, deveined, shrimp & onions, little tiny, sweet, dried fish, funky delicious eggs, & cucumbers.

Such an incredibly tasty, filling meal for just $17.

Also has their osmanthus lychee tea & mango pomelo sago drink.

Ample free parking in the lot.

Looking forward to trying their other malaysian food.

Cheers!

Quite busy for quite a small place….although it was a Saturday, but it was 10 PM at night anyways. Good place to meet up and hang out with friends, just like other Chinese boba places. Order the mango tapioca drink which comes with little bits of fresh mango; it’s like dessert, but you drink it instead…not bad for $3.50. Also, thumbs up for mango grapefruit pudding with real chunks of fruits…also $3.50!! Expect to pay around $3.50!!

Also, I was disappointed that they ran out of the black sesame desert at that time..so come earlier if you want that!!
