I contacted them about this but no response. The bread is either old or over cooked. It could hammer a nail in if you didn’t have a hammer handy. Not the first time for this. It wouldn’t allow me to add a 1 second video of smacking it against the table.

Absolutely disgusted. I had my order delivered and they sent me rancid pasta salad. I almost lost my stomach. Terrified to eat the sandwich they sent me since they seem to have food safety and quality issues. On top of that, look at the ingredients, am I really paying for these toppings and getting this? Will never be going back to Jimmy John’s, and don’t go to this location unless you enjoy risking your health. Food poisoning much?

Horrible !!!! The tuna sandwich was on small dry hard bread and very sloppy and overstuffed with tuna. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues in this location, seems like nobody is listening. Went back 3 weeks later ( today) and order was incomplete and missing potatoe salad, kid tells me they don’t have potato salad and that he needs to make it – This store needs leadership and ATTENTION TO DETAIL !

Ordered my sandwich as I was waiting for it to be made there was a fly that was flying around the sandwich making area. Got my sandwich and left. When I got home I open my sandwich and the bread was like eating a giant crouton! You bit into it and it just crumbled. I should have looked at this store’s reviews before ordering as my experience was just as bad with dried out bread.

We’ve been to this Jimmy John’s on several occasions and we have had mixed feelings about this location. Mostly negative after many visits. Today was quite different. We arrived around 7pm, served by the manager, Leslie, attending the cash register, and sandwiches were made by Braden. The sandwiches were prepared, just as we asked, and of great quality. Braden listen to our requests and provided great customer
care and attention to detail when making our meals. Highly satisfied and a much improved visit for me and my family. Highly recommend this Jimmy John’s for your sandwich needs. Great job Leslie and Braden.

Ordered two sandwiches online, one caprese salami pesto and one gargantuan. Brought sandwiches back home. I took a bite out of the caprese and noticed gray salami hanging out the side of the sandwich. Look inside and saw more gray salami. I returned the sandwich to the store and had the manager look at it. He stated it was the balsamic vinegar and asked if I wanted a new sandwich. I declined and asked for a refund, which they gave me. What should have happened was an apology, pulling the salami from the prep area, and at least inspect it. Also, inform me that they would also look at the prep area and cooler temp. This did not happen; they just returned to making more sandwiches. Please note that the vinegarette is not touching the gray areas but is in the pink area, and the color of the meat did not change (nor would I expect it to for the short period it was in contact with the salami)
Follow up, I did suffer mild food poisoning for next 36 hours.

This has got to be the slowest Jimmy Johns location I have ever been to. Its like they dont even try to work with any type of speed. They just casually making sandwiches as if they are at home while line is steady getting longer and longer.

I don’t get the negative reviews. Standard JJ experience. Food is fast, it’s made to standard, never got more or less than anything I ever asked (I usually order online). The employees are polite but not the most social or accommodating but that’s granted for a bunch of teens. Ordered online here over 50 times over last 4 years and never had an issue once with food.
