Located within Indiana Grand Casino, this steakhouse has delicious lamb chops and filet mignon with all the sides you could ever want! The food, expectedly, did take about 30-45 minutes to come to the table which our awesome waitress warned us about when ordering the medium rare lamb chops (average cooking time she said)! Our experience was awesome and albeit on the pricier end, we’ll definitely find a reason to be back for more.

Place is fire, food is great! Check put my pictures!! Atmosphere is nice, light jazz piano in the background, lighting accents are very modern yet cozy.

EDIT- I previously rated Center Cut five stars, but upon my most recent visit on January 18, 2020, I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! No more nice selection of bread with three different spreads served on a Himalayan salt block. They now bring you some bread that tastes like it was purchased off of the week old clearance section at the supermarket with a very bland spread…JUST ONE SPREAD. My Cesar’s salad was just a couple of purple and green leaves, with a dressing that lacked flavor. I ordered the filet, and requested a medium cook. It came out BLACKENED with a brown center. WAY OVERCOOKED! We also ordered a lobster mac and cheese. It came out lukewarm, and the lobster bits in it were overcooked and rubbery. I never thought I’d be so extremely disappointed in any of Center Cut’s offerings. Ever since Caesar’s took over, they’ve made an effort to try and make even MORE money from the casino. The quality of the steakhouse is now even less than what I would expect from a place this nice. Texas Roadhouse is even better than Center Cut now. You’d think they would have let a good thing stand, but I guess greed got the best of management, which I don’t understand. They are making money hand over fist with the new gambling options, and still want more. For the amount of money I spent, I deserve better than what some chain can offer. I was going to bring my concerns to Eric, the manager at the time of my visit. He is an excellent manager and use to run a tight ship. It’s not his fault for this place to have gone downhill. I Will not spend anymore of my money here, and I’d advise to seek somewhere to eat before coming here to gamble. The other food options are dismal at best. I will leave my original review below, so you can compare.
Center Cut never disappoints! I went for my birthday dinner with my wife, and everything was delightful. The service is always superior, as is the food. I had a NY strip, with mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese. The bread plate always has a good selection of bread and spreads. I’d give more stars if I could. I really enjoy Center Cut

Our steaks and dessert were delicious, as they always are. I would have given a 5 star but our service was not up to par tonight.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Was expensive but you get what you pay for. Steak was cooked perfectly, the gigantic shrimp cocktail and sauce was amazing, and the 3 sides, mushrooms, green beans, and mac and cheese were simply the best. One of my favorite steakhouses to eat at. Makes going to gamble more of a treat when you can also eat food this well prepared. And the service was amazing, my drink was never empty as the server made certain I was well taken care of. See my photos of this wonderful food.

The service was impeccable! The ribeye was tender, juicy and perfectly cooked, however the lamp chop was tough, chewy and dry. Bit of a disappointment for the price. Won’t be getting that again. The drinks were great as well and again, our server was phenomenal! I will return but I’ll be sure to get a steak next time.

Been Eating at Center Cut for Years, The BEST STEAKS I’VE EVER EATEN!!!! Kyle is the best Waiter/ Bartender , he is great. But the last time there, we couldn’t get Kyle, so we had Misty. Must not have been a good day for her. Why too slow, didn’t come to table often enough. Had to bother other Employees for drinks, etc. Either she had to many tables to work. Or just not a very good waitress.but, I still love my Center Cut Steakhouse.

This is out of my typical price range for a meal, but everything was amazing and worth the price. The bread the roll the steak baked potatoes and cocktails. I cut my steak with a butter knife and would of dared ruined it with steak sauce best steak I have ever had. The baked potato was also the best I’d ever had. You if you don’t mind paying a little more than you would at chain restraunt you will not be disappointed you did. Absolutely fabulous.

Harry and Izzy’s prices with worse than Applebee’s flavor. Let’s be honest, I read some reviews before leaving mine.. if you enjoyed your meal you either have never had a good steak in your life or you’re an employee of the casino trying to get the rating up. There are some pros to this place. For one, it looks high scale. Another, we did have good service. There were some flaws such as it took forever to get a drink. I ordered a Crown and Pepsi (yuck), sadly no coke please get coke products, 3 ingredients mixed together and it took 30+ minutes. They were not busy. Our food also took longer than expected.
Now to why the one star, would be half or zero if possible. The food was god awful, especially for the price!! Let’s start with the appetizer, shrimp cocktail. The shrimp was very rubbery and lacked taste. They seemed maybe very old or very cheap. Also ordered the lobster bisque. Again the meat tasted rubbery and old but the “soup” was basically watery cheese soup. We ended up sending that back it was so bad. Now to the entree. New York strip with a baked potato, a little surprising I had to put extra for a side but ok. I don’t know how to describe the steak other then it was the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. It was super fatty, bland, and extremely tough.. ordered medium rare. My baked potato was also extremely bland, even with toppings, and lacked freshness. My compadre ordered a prime rib and experienced the same as my strip.
Based of the prices and atmosphere I went in with a comparison to Harry and Izzy’s. I expected similar taste and quality. However, I’ve had better meals and the worst Applebee’s. My opinion.. don’t waste your money at this place. I’ll never go again.. Winners Circle, when they served food, was 1,000,000x better. McDonald’s is a 1,000,000x better. Ramen noodles are 1,000,000x better.
