The service left something to be desired because, being my first time at this restaurant and not knowing exactly what they served, the receptionist wasn’t kind or welcoming; she seemed rushed and impatient. I tried to get an explanation and received only silence. In short, she perhaps needs a little more training, especially in receiving people who are there for the first time. Wow!!!!! It’s always tough finding good clean food options when traveling for work. And even harder finding one with great tasting items. Luckily this restaurant was highly rated and en route to my customer in Monroe, OH. I’m so glad I took a chance on this place because it was the perfect pre-meeting lunch.
The cashier was very pleasant and patient with me as a first timer. She also provided great recommendations based on personal favorites and popularity. I ended up going with the Blackened Salmon wrap and substituting the tzatziki with the sweet chili sauce, amazing substitute!!! The sweet potato fries were tasty and extra points for them being waffle. As impressed as I was with the entree, the Berry Berry Good smoothie was as advertised, very good! I also had the strawberry lemon crunch snack mix which was essentially flavored Chex with protein. Great choice to get a healthy meal while still hitting my protein goals on the road. Overall 9.5/10!

The cafe food is spectacular! So many healthy options to choose from! And while they’re making your cafe order check out the grab and goes they are so easy and amazing! My kids love the breakfast ones and we are very partial to chicken grab and goes! It’s nice to know that I have healthy options for the kids to eat for lunch and dinner! Overall the cafe the meal plan and the grab and go sections have made it so much easier to help my family eat healthier and have a well balanced meal at all times! Clean Eatz is highly recommended. A few months ago I went to try the cafe meals and fell in love. I then started picking up the prepared meals for work lunch to help minimize over eating. Clean Eatz has helped with my 10lb weight loss journey. The meals taste great and nice to have options. In addition the service is great and the service team provides great options. Recently I asked about a pizza a really like and they made some off cycle just for me. What amazing service. Thank you fir being an amazing option for healthy food options in the community

I’ve ordered delivery from here before and the food was good, but my in-store experience was awful. I placed a DoorDash pickup order for 11:10am (ready by 11:30), but when I arrived, they said it wouldn’t be ready until 11:45. Even then, it still wasn’t done. When I politely asked for an update and explained I had to leave soon, the cashier started yelling at me, and the cook joined in. I understand being understaffed, but some honesty and an apology would’ve gone a long way. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Very good food, tasty, healthy. Got a salmon bowl with the swole and spicy mix Thai peanut sauce and it was killer. They have meal plans, grab and go items and food that’s made to order. Eatery was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful in selecting food, as this was my first time. Will definitely be back.

If you havent eaten at Clean Eatz, its really awesome! Don’t let the name scare you off. We’ve had lunch there a few times. Their food is healthy and delicious, priced well, and with proper portions. So many options too…wraps, bowls, sandwiches etc.They also have smoothies, weekly meal plan pickups, grab and go freezer meals and sandwiches… great for those busy days when cooking healthy is difficult. We love it! The staff is super nice too.

Got a Large Bowl but the portion size seems very small. The food tasted good. Very little veggies with it. First time ordering here. Not sure i will be back. Seems like many others have commented about the portion sizes.
