The quality of deli meat is top quality, the bread is delicious and the way they take their time making sure it’s perfect just shows the outstanding customer service they deliver. It’s super cute inside warm & welcoming. One of the best things about this restaurant is they have Gluten Free options that taste great. I Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be coming back often.

Placed a pickup order. Only one other couple in there eating. I got the birds nest. My chicken salad was a weird texture and salty. My pimento cheese was okay. The broccoli salad was spot on. As you can see from the photo I ate most of that. The rest is going in the trash. Customer service was fine. Overall, I probably wouldn’t go back.

I absolutely love this place, I don’t get a chance to come as often as I would like. But when I do come, the food is magnificent. After living in New York for over 20 years, I always wanted to find a place that made homemade soups and sandwiches. I was so happy to find this place, because they used the best ingredients. You will not be able to find a better homemade soup anywhere around. I’m a scratch cook myself and I’m giving credit where it is due. You will not be disappointed if you try this place.

It was good. The staff that was working that day were all really friendly. They even brought around samples. If you have ever been to Newks it is very similar. Both of our sandwiches were good. I just wish I had asked for it to be warm. My husband said that is probably the best Ruben sandwich he has ever had.
The thing that took away my 5th star was the pick two…it is very limited on what half sandwich you can pick with your soup and I wish it was any sandwich. So for us we almost always do the pick two if it is available and this time we were unable to so with 2 sandwich, 2 regular size drinks, 2 cups of soup…the price was right under $40. That’s a little too expensive for me. The tomato basil soup was really good. The creamy potato soup was very very thin. The bowls they serve them in are really cool though.
But I definitely encourage everyone to go try it out at least because it is good food and it’s always better to support local businesses rather than chain/franchise.

Nice family owned casual neighborhood type deli with a wide variety of menu items from which to choose. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lunches we’ve had there were good enough to bring us back to try other menu items. Being a small family business they don’t make huge batches and by Saturday they may be out of some things as they were with potato salad one recent Saturday. There are other good items to pick as replacement.

Tried this place from other mentions on social media, got there a few minutes before opening and they already had a line and this cheese pull says why! Best sandwich I’ve had since moving to Alabama. Super friendly staff next to no wait time for food and the quality and taste is 100!
