I went there, and I tried the creamy cream peanut butter crunch and oh my God it was the most amazing drink I’ve ever had and I went to other tropical smoothie cafés in the past and they couldn’t get it perfect like how this store could and not to mention I was honored to meet this sweet boy named Oscar Garcia best customer service I’ve ever received I usually don’t write reviews, but Oscar made it very memorable with this customer service. He made the drink so perfectly that I bought another one and then I bought another one and he’s the only person that can get my order right I recommend anyone that comes to get your order from Oscar he’ll get everything right and perfect for you ‼️‼️

I love tropical smoothie cafe, I really do. But the experience I just had with this specific restaurant at 9:30 AM on Friday 01/16/26 is where I draw the line. I will not give anymore business to this chain. I had ordered a smoothie, cookie, and 2 breakfast foods on DoorDash, and received the cookie and 2 breakfast foods but no smoothie. They put stickers on the bag for the items (they each said 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, but was missing the 1/4 which was obviously the smoothie item sticker). I called the store just because I wanted to re order it and make sure I got it correctly this time, but the woman changed her tune as soon as I highlighted their error, as if she knew someone purposefully didn’t give the driver my smoothie. I asked to speak to the manager, she said no and hung up. When I called back, she answered and started saying she could not speak English even though she understood me until that point. She asked me if I knew Spanish, I said no but pulled up google translate. I asked to speak to the manager once again (saying the Spanish word for “manager”) but she laughed, said no, and hung up the phone. I called back but got no answer. I will never ever order from Tropical Smoothie again.

I come here all the time to get my smoothies so I know how they suppose to taste not sure what’s going on tonight . Took my smoothie back cause it had no flavor and tasted like water . I ordered the banana crunch flatbread. My flatbread was not made to my liking. Peanut butter on literally one little spot on the bread and not spread as it should be and the rest just oats and bananas. Just lazy work. Other than that, atmosphere clean and I was greeted upon opening the door.

This company has gone down,across the board. All locations not following business practices. Over icing smoothies(watery), cross-contamination with food(turkey bacon ranch cut with bufffalo chicken knife). Pickup orders sit out to get hot(smoothies). Poor customer service, always rush you through ordering. This used to be my favorite place for fast food. Employees make it feel like the club. No thank you. Will eat at home, save money. Do better franchise owners!
