Wow, wonderful & delish dessert place at the Source place. Just got back from Japan trip and still high on matcha and saw this place after/before dinner nearby so got to check it out. It’s a nice, clean, high ceiling and well elegantly decorated (seems like high end place like for everyone). Menu is not that big but plenty enough for you to pick and choose. ALOT of matcha choices for sure. Great & friendly service here, you ordered with the staff and then p/u once it done by the buzzer they given to you. Simple, fast and efficient. The drinks are perfect (like Japan, in Japan or in S Korea? No!! But it’s still great – still high from matcha trip in Japan). Desserts are great and yummy too, not too sweet and come with good portion to share. Prices wise, not bad at all very reasonable & affordable too. Definitely a great place to hangout for all ages.

Located on the 3rd floor at The Source mall, this cafe has your basic drinks, but also a variety of unique drinks. We ordered the Matcha Latte and the Hazelnut Latte. I very much enjoyed the Hazelnut Latte as it had a good solid hazelnut and coffee flavor. The Matcha tasted too milky for me. Note, I personally feel that most Matcha lattes taste too milky for me.
The cafe has plenty of seating, with a modern, open feel. I found it a bit difficult to find, but it is worth a visit.

The Bam Matcha had a very nice chestnut flavor and was a good balance of creaminess, it definitely was on the sweeter side though and the matcha flavoring wasn’t the strongest but it might just be cause it was only the cream that has matcha. The Hojicha Matcha Cream was pretty solid too, but also on the sweeter side. Very cute cafe spot with generous amount of seating with lots of outlets, so there were also a lot of people studying and doing work. There was plenty of outdoor seating too which is really nice.

I visited Monday to Sunday cafe in Buena Park. They offer bingsoo, a popular Korean shaved ice dessert made with finely shaved ice made from frozen milk, that creates a snow-like, creamy texture that melts in your mouth. Although bingsoo is traditionally enjoyed during the hot summer months, I had it one chilly winter night and found it quite a shock to the system, so be careful if you’re sensitive to the cold!
You can enhance your bingsoo with toppings like red beans and bean powder for extra flavor. The café is also known for its matcha drinks and brunch menu, making it a great spot to gather with friends and family while enjoying some upbeat K-pop music. Enjoy your visit!

Stopped by after dinner, ordered double matcha. The double matcha taste week. Also the cream was such a very light and thin taste. there was no matcha powder on top. The menu on the board outside kinda misleading. I went to other other places double matcha all have matcha powder on top. So im kinda dissapointed with the quality if my drinks.
The cafe looks so pretty and chill inside.
It is a cute place to chill and hangout or even to study.

We ordered bingsoo for dessert and loved it! The flavors were just right, with ripe fruit and tender mochi. Definitely add the fruit!
Also had the signature chestnut latte which was delicious too, not too sweet.

One of my go to spots for brunch or a study session. The vibes are relaxing and decore simple but aesthetic. All of their food tastes fresh and as a french toast enthusiast, the caramelized sugar they have on top is perfect. I personally always get their green grape ade as well, super refreshing.

I have to say, this cafe has some of the best matcha I have ever tasted from a cafe before. I ordered the matcha einspanner from here, and it was pretty good, but not great. I say that because it was a little weak for me. Usually I enjoy strong teas and coffees. The strength was not really strong enough for my likings. Nevertheless, I could definitely taste the genuine ceremonial matcha quality, and I’m quite impressed with it. Generic matcha in boba milk tea shops and some other cafes cannot compare to this ceremonial grade matcha they use here. Usually matcha powder some cafes and boba milk tea shops use are from China or Taiwan. Taiwanese/Chinese matcha powder has a more roasted, bitter, grassy flavor to it. Japanese matcha powder has a more floral, vegetal flavor. You can mess up matcha powder by improper storage, bad whisking, or the water they use to make it is too hot. Monday to Sunday Cafe matcha shows signs of real Japanese ceremonial grade matcha, proper storage, correct water temperature, and proper mixing of matcha. It is perfectly balanced with flavors of umami, vegetality, sweetness, and savoriness.
The service here is good, nothing extraordinary at all
Atmosphere is good, a little underwhelming, but not too underwhelming.
Overall, Great matcha drinks, they use ceremonial grade matcha here. Good service and atmosphere, however the atmosphere can be a little underwhelming for some.
1 being the worst I’ve ever had
10 being the best I’ve ever had
8.5/10 Would probably come back sometime. Would recommend to a friend.

If you never tried Shaved Ice, you must give a try! Soft and sweet! One of my kid favorite places.
I recommend strawberry and melon flavor!
But most of the employees are young people, they’re ok, but not very enthusiastic as you expect. They don’t recommend the menu, just stand here and wait.
