My husband & I were there on December 18, 2025. He ordered 4 piece chicken basket meal and I ordered the fish sandwich combo. We ordered 2 banana splits (because the special was $3.00 each). They brought the hot food first; our fries were cold, the garlic toast was cold. Then brought one banana split (see picture below). Quite the disappointment. Not much ice cream and it was “soupy” and very slack on the toppings. The other split never came. So we checked the receipt and only one had been paid for. So my husband decided since that’s what the split looked like he’d just get a blizzard. He ordered a PB cup with chocolate ice cream…he started eating it and had several cookie pieces, some Reese pieces, some Carmel from something, a couple heath bar pieces…only three small chunks of PB cup. Needless to say we were quite unhappy with our little outing we had there. We frequent the Mt. Pleasant DQ. And this has been the worst experience. I would think the banana splits would be made the way they always have been in the past. Whether they are for $3 or original price. Maybe next time it will be better.

A Very Nice Clean restaurant. The Young Man (Kye) that took my order and brought my food to my table did an exceptional job! He was very kind and focused on customer service. It was nice to see.
The food was good but the cleanliness and atmosphere made it even better.

I love this DQ. Everyone is always very polite, smiling and caring. They know you by name as soon as you walk through the door. In addition Its always great knowing my burgers are make fresh for each order and their blizzards are flipped with a smile.

I seen 2 adult managers yelling at a younger girl and the older manager of the 2 does this every time my husband and I eat there… This will be the last time I eat here. Food was good treating your employees like that is not good!!! Very unprofessional as a business owner i would never allow this…..

Service here id always great. Always has been. Never had an issue with this location! Morning staff is always nice. Dont really come during the night shift but when i do its with my kids and everyone is always so sweet and patient with them! We love this DQ and there staff❤️

I wanted to thank Lori for decorating my daughters birthday cake! Your Dairy Queen is the only place I go to have a cake decorated! All cakes are absolutely beautiful! No matter what my request is , you all always come through for me! Thank you again and I will be ordering another one in October!

Food wasn’t bad, just barely warm burgers and cold fries.
The worst part was our cashier is new and I asked for our cups. So says “oh” rubs her hand on the end of her nose as she wiped her nose, then got our glasses with the same hand. Then you have the church, God music playing non stop. Not everyone believes in that stuff, It offends us.
If anything play nothing, that offends no one.

We stopped to get fast food, that is good.
Dairy Queen has good food if someone cares like any other fast food. We had appointments and work schedules to do. It was 1:30pm. A little busy so fries should have been hot. And the Christian music in the video is against my religion. I had to listen it it while dining in. I rather have no music.
