Very interesting place, it is good for the local guides and the locals to meet to have drinks, not sure if I would eat there. This place needs to be redone. I went there twice during my visit, the first time I left after one drink. I don’t really have a smoking allowed in the bar itself but so many people are smoking outside the door, when door was open, smoke traveled inside. Locals were nice but depending on the bar tender, the lady was great but the old man is grumpy. Not many choices in town.

Went here for lunch on Mother’s Day. It was a fantastic surprise. The food was great and affordable! The burgers appeared to be handmade patties and they had really good options for toppings. They also had chicken strips, fish & chips, and delicious poppers. I’ll definitely go back! Now I’m looking forward to our next fishing trip!

We stay at the lake and didn’t feel like cooking.. went in there to order burgers, also in which my husband is gluten free, which they accommodated him very well. Friendly staff and what we thought was just gonna be regular small town bar food.. IT WAS AMAZING AND SO DELICIOUS.. We still talk about how great it was and now make it a have to go to when we stay up there.. Thanks for going above and beyond with food and service.

Pictures are so misleading!!! Tombstone pizza was the only food they serve. Bar stools ripped. Never see the area that had-a fireplace or nicely painted green walls pictured that part must of taken at some other location.

It was a VERY CASUAL local bar. The food menu consisted of one item – a cooked (frozen) pizza. The bar has a very friendly cat. It’s possible that the floor there has never been mopped. We won’t likely be back.

So late night trip to help a friend get a new car in Helena and we needed some coffee. No open gas stations for miles but you got Joe’s! Super friendly and helpful he threw on a pot and helped us out, coffee was good and the everyone was pretty friendly. Plan to go back and get some grub and will update when I do along with some photos. If your in the area fly fishing it’s worth the stop.

I’ve eaten everywhere from Tennessee to Las Vegas to San Diego and this was easily the best burger and fries I’ve ever had! Worth going I don’t care where you’re from. So good! And I’m jealous because I wanted to have the onion rings but didn’t have enough room to try them. The guy next to me though had them and it was awesome to look at. You won’t be disappointed! The only problem is the kitchen is only open Friday Saturday sunday.

Definitely a relaxing atmosphere, bartenders are all friendly. The pizza is a nice filler as not any other options in the vicinity, but it could do much better with full menu.
